What is the relevance in your posting? I'm still waiting to see Bogla purchased all of the rights.... You're over here talking about patching an exploit yet Bogla's site isn't even responsive?

 

Mainly just curious on why you are knowingly selling copied websites with exploits in them to unsuspecting customers.

 

I never said I knew about the exploit? you aren't relevant to the report at all. Do you happen to have the contract?

 

To me, it seems they have no such contract or proof of rights. But they would only need to show it if you actually have rights to the property. Better come up with some proof that you wrote the majority of the code or otherwise have some sort of ownership status, instead of constantly demanding a currently irrelevant contract.

Since the report is against you stealing property that is not yours, the only thing in question is whether or not you have ownership. It currently doesn't matter if Bogla has ownership.

If this were a criminal case, your act of crime would be: taking property which is not yours. Which is objectively true.

However, this is not a criminal case. It's a civil case, where both sides must provide evidence. Bogla has provided docs suggesting that Quid developed the code, not you. Now I would recommend that you try to find docs suggesting that you own the code, because Bogla currently has more to show than you, even if it's not substantial.

As far as Bogla providing evidence that he owns the site, it would only be required if he wanted you to compensate him. He has asked for no such thing. In essence, he is fighting you on behalf of the people you sold allegedly stolen property to.

 

Bogla provided the author said "quid" something that can be changed in under 5 seconds, I don't remember if I left any author tags anywhere. If Bogla can't prove that I stole this code ie a contract stating who owns all rights to it, it's irrelevant who says what as it's all hearsay.

 

I'm wondering if and when Bogla is going to report PieGP as his website is the same. Bogla's employees/developers talk about how they know of a massive exploit to the website. PieGP was hacked a few months ago and his entire site was defaced, I wonder if Bogla or his developers know why?

Also, have you made any effort to show any correspondence between you and quid in the building of the website as well as you doing most of the code? All of your replies have been steam.

 

You have to show proof of me stealing it, which you cannot do because I helped create it. Your entire report is steam. Please post proof of having a contract with Quid showing YOU own ALL rights.

You guys mention knowing all of these exploits on this code, any idea on how PieGP was hacked? he's a pretty big competitor, I'm sure you've been on his website?

 

PieGP was made by the same developer who created our old site, (which wasn't you.) and it contained the exact same exploits as our old site, so we can assume it was also a direct copy with a few UI changes. Are you attempting to claim we had something to do with it?

 

You think because someone put "Quid" in the author that means it was only done by them? where did bogla find you? lol

Also, so you and bogla are both aware the code has been resold before, yet you're not reporting Pie too? Isn't he using "copy righted code only Bogla has the rights to".

 

Please temp ban ihq. He has recovered one of his accounts he sold. The user who was scammed is Yuri. He was streaming when he was DC'd. He attempted to log back in but account was locked. He now states the account has been unlocked. Proof of substantial wealthon the account can be proven as well.

 

Pie GP has a new website as far as i know, so a report won't really do anything. You are still actively selling copied websites to customers.

 

Yuri does not have access to the account. I am using a cell to report this. U will update when I get back to the hotel.

 

Also, as far as i know, Pie was not aware that the developer copied code from our site, whereas you are aware of the fact and you still continue to do so.

So let me get this straight.

With quid's name on the header tag of most of the pages (meaning created by him), as well as him updating the code and applying fixes whenever Bogla needed them, you are claiming that you wrote the majority of the code and not quid?

That's what I am understanding so far, if that is incorrect, please correct me.
