I'm not sure where to begin, so I'll start here.

I've been banned once before from a private report made by bogla with the same chat logs/evidence in this Ban Evader report before, and have been reinstated successfully as seen here--> http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1920139-ihatequesting-denied.html

I guess I can expect this same report to pop up against me again, as earlier this week i submitted proof of one of his workers attempting access into my admin panel..
I quickly submitted proof and was called on skype but Mod "Shin", Shin watched my screenshare and asked multiple questions and for me to do multiple things on the call, which i did.
Upon being on the call he mentioned something about "the data table being rigged" so i emptied it upon request.
Well, when you empty a data table, you lose all of your data which happened.

I have pictures of the data table and so forth so i figured i was fine.

Shin earlier this evening asked me to "remake my database while video recording it showing how i make the database..." I'm not entirely sure what this means/proves as their is no outcome relevant to this situation?

Scenario 1, logs are fake... (shin screenshared and went through all of the files) and now i remake a legitimate database on video for what purpose as i don't know what it serves...

Scenario 2, Logs are real (which i've proved on more than one ocassion), and i remake the database table for god knows what reason?

*Ban evasion report went up after i told shin i no longer had the proof that he had confirmed*

Back to Bogla, if Bogla has such a hate towards Nick, wouldn't the logicial thing to do would be "stear clear"...
Instead, I've bought small amounts of gold off of him before buying/selling my own and even played a few games of poker on his site, im sure if he has a time log he can show it hasn't been long playing time as i don't hardly ever gamble and if i do it's very little money (usually under $150 and so and i try and make it last me a few hours if i can).

Am i supposed to just leave this section of the website alone?

Bogla added me on skype, and i quickly realized who he was. I fucked with him, and i did it well enough for him to cry and get me banned till i disputed (successfully, as I'm here now).
I didn't know Skype was a legally binding contract of your name/or anything you say until something is said with a "sythe PM", that being said, I can say whatever i want on Skype.

hmm, well what else.

Oh yeah, Nick can't code a website in anything other than word press.

I assure you if Ballers was doing web development it was to generate income for his friend Joshua at the time and he got something from it (he doesn't do anything unless he makes money).

As Bogla later states, Joshua made his entire website, not Ballers.

I advertise USA in my buying gold as i thought this something you did if you wanted people to feel safe buying and selling to you, after my fair warning with VPN's and the Chinese after a 700M 07 loss a few weeks prior, which i had received payment for already and immediately refunded after my ban.

I'm posting this simply for the matter of, last time my ban was short lived as it wasn't proof and pure speculation.

Let's not forget the part where there is nothing actually being proved here, just speculation again.

I'm not too sure what the whole deal is with the Bogla Menno situation, but I assure you it was handled wrong by the responding Mod, and shortly after it was confirmed the logs were gone this report is formed.

I really don't know what to think, I was banned on sythe temporarily and was told "ban evasion", when i was told this i came home and refunded all gold i was holding for Pete and middle man services if i was holding any at the time, Pete himself can confirm it was over 200M+ 07 and i believe 1.3B rs3, and a few hundred dollars in bitcoin.

I am not some con artist, and I sure as hell don't appreciate the accusations.
I have done nothing but prove faithfulness and loyalty to this community.
