John Devola - Intellectual property

@Island you don't understand. He no longer has 50% of the name, brand, etc. He told me he doesn't want anything to do with Saha anymore via text. He told me that he left. He is no longer affiliated but has intellectual property of Saha, the source.

He gave up 50% ownership of the brand/name on his own will, not going to compensate him for that.

He funded the source under co-ownership, under his own will. He spent $1,900 on it. On his own will. Still 50% of it is mine, it's called co-ownership. Don't give a fuck that he funded it. Was his call.

I'm coming straight from the books. Contracts, agreements, laws. I don't care about anything else.

You have the screenshots of him saying that he is willing to pay for the Saha source, which I own 50% of.

As of 9/28/2017 I have no access to the source. I should "have" 50% of the source right now which is an evaluation of $950. He has the remaining 50% which is $950. That's how much the buyout is.

He doesn't have anything else, he sent me a text saying he isn't affiliated with Saha anymore. He forfeited it on his own terms.

 

Yes you did. I got fed up with you. Legitimate people don't go around saying, "Hey you want to dice 1k" without having the funds and not being able to pay out.

More than that, you were telling people "I own saha gold you can trust me". Tarnishing MY reputation. In addition deleting all the zopim chat logs I had no choice but to kick you out of the site. I'm not going to

1. Tarnish my reputation
2. Work with someone who is a scammer
3. Be held liable for any things you do through the site (As I would be as your partner).

I said I wouldnt be responding, but I want to clear this up as to why EXACTLY I left. And why there shouldnt be any misunderstanding with regards to that. I dont willingly want to lose 3k. Why on earth would I leave out of my own volition, if I wasn't forced to by your actions.

1) Your choice to leave, I told you I would repay the debts asap, which I did. I paid out $25k+ what makes you think I balded for $6k?
2) "I own saha gold you can trust me"? When did I ever say that lmao?
3) I didn't delete any logs?
4) You calling me a scammer is funny. Even when I'm banned on Sythe + in debt I'm more trusted than you any day of the week to any staker.

I respected your decision to leave, after I paid my debts (putting aside the little I have left to pay now) I contacted you once again. I told you if you want to be jump on board and pretend nothing happened. You were upset and said that you don't want to be partners because I called your employer.

I'm sure John will confirm that is was a 50/50 agreement on everything/assets/the brand/etc.. We never had a written contract between us. Conversations between us confirming the 50/50 ownership? Yes. I'll look into more of my Discord accounts to see what I can find.

I do have one question though, I can show you context in lieu of the conversation as we weren't talking about profits nor expenses.

@John Devola you want to confirm here and say that the agreement was 50% of the brand/assets/etc./profits/expenses disregarding initial expenses? Or you going to play sheep and make me hunt for screenshots throughout my Discord accounts?

 

Quick hypothetical scenario to @Sythe .

In no world would I pay John $2,000 for the source when I can have a website built fresh for cheaper than that. The website costed him $1,900 when in reality I could go out right now and hire someone or even the same developer and have my own source that I only have a copy to.

Now tell me, John is no longer affiliated with Saha. What is he going to do with the Saha source? He can't use it. All the graphics are owned by me, the terms, email, layout, designs, etc.

I 100% designed the website/gave the blueprints/specifications in regards to the backend/etc. Why should John get to keep my hard work?

@Sythe My main question is, can't I just pay the developer to make me a copy of the website since all of the contents are owned by the LLC and his source is null anyway? He can't use my graphics or pictures/etc.

 

Go ahead and hunt. Why on earth would I pay 3.2k, you pay under 1, and agree that you own 50% of the money I spent, handing you $1600 lol.

$1,000 is my buy-out offer. If John doesn't want to accept this price, he can keep the source and I can build a new website from scratch. The price he's asking is identical to what it would cost me to start over on my own.

I'm willing to meet him in the middle. If we each walk away with what we put into the company, he'd walk with the source since money alone was of no use to us. He contributed a source, not $2,000.

If you ended up using the source @John Devola , the graphics/all the images take them out because they are owned by Sahagold LLC. I'll just use them and pocket $2,000 to a special developer .

@Sythe meanwhile, all my ideas/specifications that were in the source that I would like to use if I were to pay for a new source to someone else, I can use them again correct?

@John Devola I am really interested to see what your going to do with the source, no G2a, No LLC, No brand nothing to show for it am I correct?

Actually now that were passed that point. I do have a couple things to add.

I paid 800 to Kinkos to work for SahaGold. As well as create documents for new employees
I paid 260 to Moonglare for the graphics
I paid 200 for the Sahagold Sythe account donation (which if @Sythe agrees to transfer to me can be written off).

Idc about this:
I also paid 50$ for the hosting. (2 months of it), w/ odds and ends such as SSL ect.

I can list all my expenses too bud. I donated on other forums too bud. I paid for domain too bud. I paid for SEO too bud. I paid Jason for thread layout too bud.

I don't care what you paid Moonglare, once again they are Sahagold LLC's assets and artwork of it. You messaged me via Discord /text and said you no longer want to be a part of Saha (I have records). So I guess you forfeited everything you had.

You donated to Sahagold Sythe account which is owned by Sahagold LLC. You are no longer a part or affiliated with Sahagold LLC so the Sythe account isn't yours.

Kinkos you paid $800 for him to work for and be bound to Sahagold LLC. You left Sahagold, Kinkos is still an asset to Sahagold.

Keep the source, checkmate bud. You either accept the $1,000 buyout offer or I'm going to hire a special developer to write me a website. Even if it costs $1,900 (hehe), I would rather hand money in their pockets and not yours.

I want to see you throw that source away because even you know that you won't use it lmao. You're not motivated enough to register a legal entity, do any work, apply/research.

Get it in your thick skull that I own the graphics, Kinkos, Sythe account. They are property of Sahagold LLC, which you aren't a part of anymore.

You brought the asset to Sahagold LLC, you aren't a part of Sahagold LLC anymore. You can't take that away because it's property of Sahagold LLC.

Kinkos was bound to Sahagold LLC, he was hired and scheduled to Sahagold LLC. The contract we wrote for Kinkos (Deleted post first page @ staff) specifically outlined that Kinkos was an asset of Sahagold LLC and bound him to it.

The graphics, pyramids/designs are all assets of Sahagold LLC.

The Sythe account was an asset of Sahagold LLC.

The difference between these and the source is that we had no agreement/contract for the source/nothing to prove the source was an asset to Sahagold. Here, that isn't the case.

Once again, keep the source and let it die or take my buy-out for $1,000.

My best offer is you hand over the source now and you will be paid $1,400 within 61 days. We have 61 days to pay you.

Or you can die w/ the source and I'll just hire a developer

What gall you must have to think you can just keep things I paid for because you started scamming and can't take that no one wants to deal with you anymore
