Since it was decided that Ihatequesting was responsible for refunding all of his previous customers the debt of scapestock.com fell to him. Ihatequesting declined to refund this debt and according to Sythe it fell to me as I am the one who sold ScapeStock.com to rscrown for 2k. After refunding I thought it was appropriate to ask for the files/domain back as that is what a refund entails. Crown seemingly thought this as well as he was messaging me saying he would soon migrate to rscrowngold.com Gyazo - ff7e4906bd9a45cc3ae781da2a496f08.png Gyazo - 58216736b961c7a80b866cec653f094b.png. I recently asked him for the site files and domain back and I received a "howcome" and he then goes on to say we agreed for him to keep the domain as well although you can clearly see that was not the case Gyazo - 022c358b3130f11e89bb19b9935f63dd.png he also mentions that the domain is a "different issue" not sure what he means by that, possibly that he knows he didn't agree on keeping it. After mentioning a report Rscrown has since threatened me saying that "if you make a report pay me 800 and I will refund bogla 300 actually". Completely changing our previously agreed upon deal and there is no reason to refund Bogla's contribution and have me pay it, this is only an attempt to spite me. When I tried to explain to crown it wasn't his code he has threatened to undo the deal all together if he can't keep the code for free. Rscrown has tried to get me to keep my mouth shut in order for him to take an entire website for his own under the radar and make me bite the bullet.

IHQ has told me he gave rscrown a backup of Scapestock when he asked and Crown told me he plans to edit that code to call his own. Wouldn't this be theft from me? He stole my site files that I refunded and now he is keeping a copy for himself Gyazo - 512830b3ca63cb7f22e6e6f11bcb8993.png. Rscrown thinks he is entitled to keep his gold site, "re-write" code that doesnt belong to him, and keep a free $1500. I dont see how this is fair in any way. Im not even sure I owed crown a refund to begin with and would like to get an official ruling on that as well as he plans to keep the site. I refunded crown for the code agreeing he would keep the GFX and he has took it upon himself to get a backup from IHQ and have someone begin making "changes". I refunded him, why would he think it's his to keep?

The report and reason for refunding the website had nothing to do with the domain that is why I did not even mention it, was the domain at all affected because of the IHQ report? no this is why I accepted 1.5k, because I deemed it to be the value of the site, without the domain. I have already said, you can have everything back so long as I have a full refund the reason I accepted 1.5k was because I felt bad that you had to refund. I'm not blackmailing if you want everything back that I paid for then why should bogla pay $300?

To summarize: I'm not holding anything from you, you can have everything back so long as I get a full refund, is that at all unreasonable? Although I would like a 2 week period whereby traffic I gained to scapestock gets re-directed to my site as all of the current 100-140 chats a day are as a result of what I'v done we have had maybe 5 returning customers because you decided to quit your site for a month before selling.

Finally the only reason I mentioned having the code re-written is because of something sythe said but I cannot find, it was something like this "if IHQ would just re-write the backend then this case would be dropped" from this I gathered that I just had to replace most of the code with some new code, if its not the case then I'm fine with that too.

What you are basically saying is that the scapestock domain is worth $500, maybe it is now, but when you gave it to me it was worthless as the site had not been running for a month. You want a domain back that had no value at all until I directed traffic to it, like handing over an empty safe and when I put all my money in it you say "actually no that wasnt part of the deal let me get that safe back, and of course all the money is included too"

Once again, I'm fine to give back everything so long as I'm fully refunded and if bogla wants 300 back then noble would also have to do so too.

 

May I also say if I thought I could of got the full 2k then I would have accepted, I did not want to try and get something back that he wouldnt pay. Our conversation really made me thing that if he had to pay the whole 2k back then he would simply completely quit:

If anyone was blackmailing it was you, after this long conversation I would have accepted whatever I thought you would do because I did not feel at all as though I would get anything back at that point, my agreement was very rushed and if I had said "ok 1.5k and I keep everything" I already know what would of happened you would of been like, "well I guess fuck sythe then I wont repay you at all".

I still don't see the reason why you decided to take the code, re host it elsewhere and claim to have given it to your "developer" who failed so miserably on your first website, to remake the code using the code you were refunded for. This was not an option, you were refunded, you are supposed to be completely done with it. You cannot take something for free and have it changed. Your website should not still be online with that code. As Rs Crown now has a full backup of the site and has already handed it over to a very questionable developer, there is no way to verify if he will use the code later. Also the domain can be forwarded in minutes back to his potato of a site and domain. He doesn't need to keep anything online. Crown had ill intentions from the start. He sent the entire site to this "developer" before any refund, that's something that cant be undone.

Take it all then, I dont care at all but if we are doing so then I want a full refund. If you're going to take everything back that means you basically profited $500, or in this case $800 and managed to keep everything. I dont care if I give you everything back so long as I get a full refund. The domain was not effected by the IHQ report so it makes no difference here.

The domain when you gave it to me was worthless despite so many lies you told me, you lie constantly and bend the truth too. "scapestock got hundreds of chats a day" you claimed, convincing me that the sites domain was worth something when you had ran anything on the site for a month so the only traffic was maybe 10 visits a day from repeating customers.

As I say, the reason I accepted the 1.5k is because I honestly do not believe that you would have done 2k, you would have simply left the site and left me with nothing, like pointing a gun to someones head and saying "hey do you agree to give me your wallet?" maybe you would shoot maybe you wouldnt but why take the risk?

Such erratic behavior led me to accept the deal, I think you knew what you were doing to force me to accept your deal, acting so immature I did not feel at all as though I would get a refund. What I think honestly is as I paid 1.2k in paypal you thought that I had a chance of winning the paypal case so you may as well cut the losses and not risk having to fight it and end up with a ban.

Oh and without me scapestock.com would have 0 traffic right now, I'm fine to give you the domain, graphics, code, everything so long as I get a full refund and the traffic is re-directed to my new site for a certain period of time. Explain to me how I'm at all unreasonable here.

I have a 3 week grace period to keep scapestock on with the current code as it is, the only reason I gave it to panjak (who you call a questionable developer based on what IHQ said, which is completely laughable given we know how honest he is, having sythe himself confirm the code he made was different) was because I did not want IHQ going in and changing things around for the paypal or btc to be re-directed to his, there was no shady intent behind it.

I haven't read this in full, but just to clarify my involvement here, Noble told me he was in major debt after the IHQ situation so I offered to pay off $300 of his debt. I messaged Crown since Noble mentioned he owed crown some money and gave him $300 to pay off some of the debt for Noble. Keep in mind that I did end up refunding crown while I was banned on sythe and unsure if I would ever be returning. This argument that somehow me joking around for 10 minutes is comparable to a forced deal at gunpoint is literally laughable. The facts still remains that I refunded the code, he continues to use it, he has now sent the code off to at least one questionable developer, he has already been "editing"(breaking) the code, and there is no way to verify if he will ever use the code later. Crown isn't getting his free code and now he's attempting to change an already agreed upon contract. I will also say this again....You cannot keep the code for free and make changes as you got a REFUND FOR THE CODE and sending out the entire site isn't something that can be undone.

No changes have been made to the code as I'v already said, I gave it to panjak (the guy that works for god genesis, and if genesis trusts him I do too, stop saying hes questionable) to host, the only thing thats happened to the code is its been moved onto a different server so IHQ cannot change things around to his pleasing, I have not instructed panjak to change any code the only thing hes done is make sure the website is online.

Although we may see the situation differently in regards to how the code has been handled, I would hope that you are reasonable enough to accept that the domain should remain mine, or failing that a large period of time should be set aside whereby traffic that I have generated to scapestock.com is re-directed to rscrowngold.com. I find this solution to be not at all unreasonable.

My comparison of this situation to a gun point robbery, I admit is of course exaggerated, but do you not see how saying things such as "you wouldnt care if I didnt refund you right" might influence the way I think you are viewing the situation? You must at least admit that saying things like that could make someone think that you had no intention of refunding, why fuck around in a situation where 2k is on the line, not exactly a small amount of money is it?
