Rscrown Theft and Blackmail

Crown decided to post a joke video, if you want to see a real joke check out what Pankaj Charged Crown $800 for....Im pretty sure the site doesnt even have a backend lol

 

What that doesnt show anything relating to scapestock, I'm asking what was changed on scapestock that you claimed he changed. Most of what was on that video are very easy changes, a lot is simply down to me, such as verification I would have put something there, terms and so on.

When you click on buy rs3 or for example os-scape or rspspk the names have been changed, I do not have the ability to change the titles in the "buy" section will be changed soon so I can alter the titles for the dropdown menu, a feature that most sites do not have, so dont try and point that out as being poor, when its simply a feature that is in the process of being added.

Popular buys, again something I was not too concerned about, if I want something put there it can be added with little effort. Finally the prices have been changed because I was using scapestock not rscrowngold.

None of this at all is relevant to the case at hand, more time wasting for sythe to go through with this already long report.

But what it shows in relation to scapestock is that you handed the entire site you were refunded for over to an incompetent developer giving him full access to do whatever he wishes including keeping a copy for himself as he sells gold sites on sythe as well through God genesis. He can't re write copyrighted code unless he helped develop it. The fact crown is still using it after a refund and distributed it baffles me.

 

Much of the site was made completely custom for me including a completely new design and added features such as Osscape pvp gold. Rscrown has not only kept the stolen code but he has distributed it out and had it edited. Also if Bogla does grant him an exclusive license Im entitled to the $1200 back correct? How exactly is Rs Crown entitled to the domain?

I think you reading through the entire report may lead to a more full picture of what is happening here. How would he be entitled to a domain I refunded him for? Im not sure Bogla even owns a majority of the code present on the site.

 

The refund was for the deal we had which included the domain. Crown implies this when he says he will be migrating back to rscrowngold.com after the refund. What else would the refund have been for? He never states to keep the domain as part of the refund only to keep the graphics. How does CUSTOM code I had created for MY OWN belong to Bogla? And again the code was not only kept by rscrown but edited and distributed. I really think you should read the entire report. @Sythe

Hey, the domain side, although I bought everything from noble for 2k as a package the domain is in no way effected by the IHQ report. When agreeing with noble for 1.5k I did so under the impression that we were only talking about the backend itself. Noble has not used the domain for around 5-8 weeks I believe, when I purchased there were possibly 10 people a day visiting the site, that would be 1% of what it is now. With the value I'v added, as I said before in an example its similar to you handing me a safe I fill it up with my money and you then ask for a refund back, including all the money that was in there.

I'm sure we can all agree that the most reasonable solution to this is having traffic that I gained be re-directed to a new site of mine for a period of a month, although I would rather keep the domain, because as I say it was not effected by the IHQ report, given that you've already managed to make $800 profit from this deal, I'm pretty sure we can at least agree to this one part and move onto other details that need to be resolved. Not to say if Sythe rules that I can keep the domain I would'nt, I would much rather do so I'm just trying to find a solution that suites all of us.

 

Also I would like this post to be read so you are aware of why I agreed to take so much less than we had agreed upon:

I would like to resolve this all quickly though, if you (Sythe) do not think I have a case for this issue then the backend can be transfered to noble, given that is what is what bogla wants and can be deleted from mine and pankaj's computers.

 

Also I would like you to read how crown's argument that he was forced into accepting less is laughable.

I would like to ask if you think this is how you should be acting when there is $2k on the line? Just "fucking with crown" its not how business should be conducted and if you had not behaved in such an unpredictable way I would not have accepted. You see I believe 8 seconds after you say "would you take 1.5k?" I jumped at the option and agree, why did I do this? because I didnt know if you would change your mind, as you say you were just fucking with me, someone that thinks that is how you should act is too unpredictable for me to negotiate with.

The question I would like to ask is from the behavior noble has shown, is it possible that if I declined 1.5k he would simply say "its not even worth it I will just take the ban" if you read the whole conversation I believe you will get that impression, the same impression I got, to say "if you dont take 1.5k I might as well just take the ban" with his confidence that he would win the paypal dispute anyway, I was in not position to decline his offer. I know its possible that if I said no to 1.5k he could easily say its not worth it and block me. I dont believe you ever offered me the full refund, if you did please quote me, you only said you would refund after I accepted 1.5k.

I argue that there was an implied threat, that if I did not take the offer you had given me I would have been given nothing as you were so sure that you would win a paypal dispute, this shows you had no intetion of refunding even 1.2k so its even less likely that you would want to refund 2k.

My final question I want noble to answer is: Do you think acting in the way that you did may have influenced me when accepting the terms of the refund? Do you think that acting in such a way could possibly make someone believe that you would not refund and therefore have an implied threat? If you do not believe that this may influence someones choice then I would ask why you feel this way.

I'm not lying when I say I did not think he would refund, instantly after he refunded I say "I honestly didnt think you were going to refund" I'm pretty sure if I thought you had intentions on refunding I would have just left it at "thanks". You held the power in the choice, I had nothing I could negotiate back with.

I would like to give an example less extreme than my gun one. I think this situation is similar to selling an account for your friend, and after its sold the account gets banned for macro, its proven that its the OO (your friend)'s fault but he refuses to refund you. As you sold the account the debt is on you, but instead of simply telling the customer: sorry about all that I will fully refund you now, you take days delaying the refund, reducing how much you want to refund making threats saying you wont refund at all, "joking" saying "if I didnt refund you wouldnt care right?". So the guy that bought the account finally gets worried he honestly thinks you have no intention of refunding, then you come back with an offer of 75% of what he paid for, of course hes going to grab it instantly, not even being sure if the offer is just another one of your jokes.

This is why I want to be fully refunded for the site, yes Sythe both noble and me think it is important that you read our whole conversation to get the full picture, he may want you to read it so you can laugh? I guess is what hes implying, laugh at the many implied threats that were directed towards me I guess, I want it read so you can understand what I was thinking when accepting the offer. I guess the one thing we both agree on is the conversation should be read, although I would like it read because it actually matters in this case, he would like you to laugh at me, more devious tactics, attempting to make a joke of his threats so I would feel stupid for even mentioning them.

What are you suggesting the amount be, along with what should be returned and should be kept? So long as we both agree to the amount then we will go ahead with that.

I will agree to a full refund, which would still mean $300 profit for noble as he would refund 1.7k when I had paid 2k for the site (bogla chipped in $300 due to the IHQ report). I would also like to keep the domain. For this I would agree to return everything, frontend backend gfx and so on, I want nothing other than the domain.

Noble wants me to continue to use the site and pay him for everything that is not plagiarizing bogla's old site, which I believe would be very hard to figure out. Regadless it was bought as a package, I'm not paying for bits and pieces that I have pay someone to stitch together.

Noble does not seem too interested in negotiating though. @Sythe
