You don't understand that you had 50% ownership of Sahagold LLC, you brought the assets to Sahagold and still owned them (Kinkos/Graphics/Sythe account). You now as of 9/28/2017 have no affiliation with Sahagold. You forfeited your ownership when you sent me the texts/Discord messages. Sahagold still owns the assets, you just don't own Sahagold anymore.

I'm going to spit my mind and leave it be but I it isn't contempt. It's me being a realist.

Tell me how you would feel that you poured your heart and stole into a project and finally get accepted by G2a. Then after G2a's AML department contacts you to and tells you what you need to fix to have your site be compliant, you then wake up the next morning and find out your partner stole the source and ran. All they wanted was the accessible test version but John the asshole wouldn't even put it up for me so I can wrap things up with them.

I had to refile the LLC 2x because this dumbass messaged me one saying he wants his name to be on the LLC AFTER he said his employer wouldn't let him then NOT even 24 hours later he messages me saying his employer shut him down and that he can't be on it.

I am being Realistic, I never lied in the report. He knew that the 50% partnership agreement included the source and all assets, but because I never had a written contract because I trusted him he played sheep and even a screenshot I provided didn't satisfy you. It doesn't take a genius to put things together. If our parnership wasn't 50/50, what was it? Since he never spoke up.

I called his employer to file a formal complaint for intellectual property theft and talked to his advisor. They sure don't think I am in the wrong and it was escalated and I received 3 calls from 3 different people in HR. I let him off and told them I wouldn't want to follow through and gave him a chance as I didn't want to jeapordize his job, but after last night fuck him they are receiving a call and they can know the story from A-Z. I want to see how they like it knowing that he deliberty went behind the words of ... when they told him they didn't want him to a part of an LLC.

I spit facts and you didn't like the tone I said it Sythe, sure I'll give you that. But there is no more being nice when you started the back and fourth bullshit. You know what I said is right and he isn't receiving compensation for him leaving on his own terms. You took a good approach unlike the Champ reject who doesn't know fuck all.

I made this report to prove the buyout of his source (not his half of the company, he left) is only worth $950. Now you tried to twist my arm when I didn't have a written agreement but what makes you think I would ever spend $2,000 to compensate him when building a new source that he will never have access to for $1,900. We both know he isn't doing anything with the source either. Anyways,I don't need a ruling anymore from you guys. What I said is right and you know it.

My advice for anyone looking to put themselves in a partnership? Have all agreements written out beforehand and make sure you have a copy of the source. Hell don't even have a partership if your partner isn't going to contribute anything but money.

For the record, nothing I did was against the Sythe rules in regards of how I handled the report. I just got tired of the back and fourth bullshit and I put it how it is, not sugar coating fuck all.
