General Staff Feedback

Sythe, Verts, Govind, Karl and everyone else who supported/helped get me restituted: I really appreciate it, thanks.

I had a huge post written up when the database was rolled but I think I'll wait until I get a bit more active and have a better idea of what's going on.

 

Sorry - I know nothing of the situation and only what he said and what I could find, If/when it got into the USL for voting i was going to request whatever it was in the Admin lounge over him and work from there.

 

Malakadang - Haven't seen much of you, but most likely too soon to comment as i haven't been here long enough to judge.

MohtasaUnique - See you post here and there, quite alot in the spam forum.

Frenzy - Always answer my spam reports/Pm's, great job.

Pockets - Used to be active and always was one of the first on the spam reports. Seem to have gone inactive.

Quatakai - Always answer my spam reports/Pm's, great job. As-well as scam reports and anything else needed to be done.

Shoop - Never visit the personal support, so not really sure on this one.

Superman - Haven't seen you in weeks.

sypherz - Nice guy, does his fair share.

They be trippin - Don't see you do much.

Tmoe - Haven't seen you post anywhere, or do anything staff related, at all.

Video - One of the most active and dedicated staff it seems. From reading scam reports/pardons/disputes etc, it seems you do extensive research into everything and truly want to help Sythe grow and remain a top Black market site.

Zerkerfist - One of the top Mods here, similar to Video.


Blupig - No comment.

Clashfan - No comment.

Djweasel - Nice to see you posting on disputes and being involved.

Giddy - No comment.

Karl - Never seen you post anywhere really.

n4n0 - Same as DJweasel.

SuF - Nice guy, always helpful. Does his best.

 

Quatakai - Certainly the most active market mod now, at least in terms of spam reports. Excellent work on the reports, both in quality and quantity. Keep up the good work!

Malakadang - I heard school's been getting keeping you busy lately, I find you are on MSN more than Sythe at the moment, unless invisible mode is deceiving me You still find the time to go through spam reports, although it'd be nice to see you in disputes and report a scammer section also.

MohtasaUnique - You have been doing an amazing job lately, the most notable mention has to be the GFX section, you are really doing your best to bring that section back to life, the competitions mainly are a big boost to the section, and it seems more and more people seem to be slowly turning up for them as every week goes by. I don't see you a lot in disputes/report a scammer but I know you're doing spam reports by the ton. Keep it up with the GFX section man! ^_^

Frenzy - You're a lot more active than you were a few months back I've noticed. You're always in the RS section talking answered threads and I see you a lot in report a scammer also (particularly the ban evader section). I know you're busy with work and such also, so keep it up!

Pockets - You haven't been as active as your normally are lately. In regards to the other thing, my advice to you is to just move on and forget about it. What's done is done, you'll feel better as time goes on.

Quatakai - I heard you had the second highest mod score last month? Quite an achievement for a new moderator of your type. I never go in the Market, but I know that's where you mainly 'reside' in moderating. I saw you picked your second section perms to be the Games section also, admitted not a lot goes on in there, but it needs at least one mod assigned to handle it so it doesn't get left deserted, so it was nice to see you decided to step forward and watch over it.

Shoop - You're active as ever both in the Support Centre and Off-Topic (which was your second section). Off-Topic seems to suit you more as the Market would, mainly as you're more Community involved compared to the Market. Threads seem to get locked the moment they are answered as soon as you come online, although I never seen you in disputes much. Overall you're doing pretty good, keep it up.

Superman - You've been on vacation recently, so I can't give you feedback for the last few weeks or so. Although, in general I think I can give feedback on. You're incredibly immature and still seem to have some sort of 'ego' about you with some people around the site. I've also heard stories of you infracting people for nonsense only to have them overturned by upper staff a few minutes later. I also wasn't impressed with your behaviour towards a certain banned member site some time back, fair enough that person didn't do the best thing in the world, but I saw you going out of your way to get them banned right before their actual banning. I can't go into much more detail without revealing the user's name, although I think you have a very good idea of who I'm on about. I've also heard one or two things that you are giving people shit all because they still talk to this user, you need to learn people have the right to talk to whoever they want to regardless of whatever 'crime' that user they talk to has committed. I don't know how much of this is actually true as I haven't heard both sides of the story, so bear that in mind if you decide to reply to this.
It's nice to see you want to change, but you actually need to try and change, and then maybe you'll get somewhere.

sypherz - Your activity seems to have gone down 'slightly' over the last few weeks, but you still retain your activity in Off-Topic and in the donor lounge. I also see you decided to pick RS as your second section which is always an interesting section to go to. You've probably heard this already, but if you come across a load of answered threads, it's sometimes better to just close it without stating you answered it. I know 'block walls' do disappear fast but hey it's up to you on what you want to do with them. It's a new section for you so don't be nervous if you make a mistake or two, you can always ask an existing RS Mod for advice if you wish.

They be trippin - Possibly becoming one of the more professional staff members I think, given time. You're not as active as you were before, but your activity seems to have switched over from Off-Topic to Community, which is still great. Speaking of Community, I'm impressed you went ahead and took the section seeing as there were no other Sectionals assigned to it at that time, and to be honest spam reports weren't really getting done then. Remember to keep an eye on the 'changes in staff' thread and the ones similar to it, if you're not sure on something before you edit it, don't be afraid to ask a Global for advice!

Tmoe - I don't see you as much as I did before, your most active place seems to be the spam forum, where are you man? Don't go inactive on us Tmoe! >_<

video - I haven't seen you much these past few days much. I see you went ahead and took the RS section as your second perms, although I don't see you a lot in it. It could just be low amount of work due to the staff all working hard, if that's the case, then just stick around, something will pop up eventually

Zerkerfist - Your activity seems to have gone down a bit over the last few weeks man I also haven't seen you on MSN in ages. You're still doing scam reports/disputes as you always do, but it feels like you've gone a bit inactive to me. I heard you had the highest mod score last month also, hope to see you more active again soon mate, particularity in Personal Support.


Blupig - Congratulations on your 'success' with that event the other day, I'm sure you'll be very happy. Sythe wise I haven't seen you around loads and loads, but you're still reasonably active. Hope you stick around for a long time buddy!

Clashfan - You're not around a lot, but you're on MSN tonnes. I'm guessing it's Uni or some other obstacle which may be the cause of this, then again your activity does go up and down a lot I've seen, so it could just be down at the moment.

Djweasel - Well, you haven't really changed in regards to the last time I gave you feedback on here. You're still running through spammer reports like a boss and you're still reasonably community involved, particularly in the donor lounge and in the spam forum with n4n0. Hope you manage to get a PC soon man.

Giddy - I rarely see you these past few weeks, where are you Gideon?

Karl - When you want to be, you can really be an understanding person and someone who wants to help someone out, whether it be a personal topic or if it's just site wise. Some would say you don't post a ton, but you are actually on the site and such.

n4n0 - I particularly liked your thread in the suggestions section regarding the higher donor ranks, even though Matthew came and said the majority of them wouldn't happen or they wouldn't be convenient, you still did a great job on the thread layout which look very professional when you were done with it. I'll try and remind you to bring the thread back after Sythe hits VB4, maybe then some more features could be implemented.

SuF - You've probably become one of the most active Globals these past few weeks, especially in the Community section with the FAQ that you've been working extremely hard on with other members of the site. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished. I also see you in disputes a lot too in handling disputes and giving your opinion on certain pardons. Keep the activity up man!


FireZ - I imagine works been getting you down these past few weeks, nevertheless you still find the time to jump on and quickly run through the high pardon section when you can. I hope you can be more active as time goes on.

Govind - It was really good to see the Restitution process + thread you made. I don't know who originally thought up the idea but I'm going to assume it was you. I'm pretty sure at least the upper staff played a part in the introducing the Restitution process to the site. It's nice to see some possibly wrongly banned members in the past being brought back to the site. It's a +1 to the Community and shows everyone you are actually doing something.

Matthew - Post wise I haven't seen you around that much, aside from Ryan's thread in the Suggestions section which you wrote a quick and informative reply to. I know your main priority at the moment is the donation centre to be running smoothly, in which case it is. It'd be nice to see you possibly become more community active again, everyone loves a Matthew post!

Nick - I haven't seen you around as much compared to a few months ago, although you are online a lot every day I've noticed. Try and post a bit more around the site if you find the time to (and please get a photo up ^_^).

Sythe - Your activity has substantially gone up these past few weeks, from the server thread in feedback to the SFA, your activity seems to be slowly going up around the site. It would be nice if we could have an update on the database situation + VB4 upgrade, although I know they really depend on when you have enough free time to address them both.

Verts - It's a shame you aren't able to be posting as much as you are normally able to across the site I know you're busy with work at the moment + preparing to attend a festival or 20, so I hope to see a lot more when you're finished with all that. You seem to be in the IRC more than the site, unless invisible mode is doing it's job as it's supposed to. Try and come out of invisible mode when you can.

I think that it seems I've been less active lately due to my being on vacation with little internet for a week. (I can't figure out how to use sythe on my phone.)

As far as the RS section goes with the bumping and such. Well, I made a mistake and learned my lesson. All is well

 

SuF - While I don't always agree with you, you are always hard working, intelligent, and always professional. I have a great deal of respect for you and your hard work.

 

Pockets - You seam like you know what you're doing, and you're doing well at it. Keep it up

On a more serious note however, I am disappointed that there has been no outcome/updates on the whole incident with Jack Goff and his partner, which happened over 2 weeks ago . I'm not sure why this has barely been addressed in the SL (to my knowledge) or why it's taking this long to reach a consensus. He was and still is an asset to the Sythe community.

I have been in offline mode and avoiding MSN lately, but that is for personal reasons and to alleviate some of the stress I am under right now. Other than that I've been slaying reports left, right, and center, and I feel that I am still as active as ever before, although I have been doing my job more quietly.

I completely agree with Alma here. It has been upsetting for me that I have put a lot of time and effort into gathering information about this case and speaking with Jack Goff, only to have the thread sit in the Staff Lounge going stale. The majority of the few replies on the thread have completely missed the point, and I feel that nobody has really bothered to make an effort to take a serious look into the issue at hand, and make a decision as to their guilty/innocence.

I've basically swept it under the rug over the past few days and have been avoiding dealing with it. It is a big case to take on all by myself.

 

Sorry man, I didn't know you were going through some stuff right now, it's been a bit quiet without you I'll admit >_< Hope you manage get everything sorted out soon.
