General Staff Feedback

FireZ - I really love how you deal with things, and I know when you deny all those ban appeals they are all reasonable.

 

This is why I pushed for the deletion of this feedback thread, it's nothing but trouble considering mods like to delete discussion here then lock it's counterpart in feedback. This thread is nothing but "if you like us, then post", otherwise keep it in the spam forum or make a feedback thread that I will lock. SuF is one mod that deletes posts on this thread often, but if you look back, other mods have done it as well. This thread is literally just a kiss-ass thread, no criticism, post that in the feedback section, but everything else in this thread.

How about we just post threads in the feedback section, that suggestion thread has gone nowhere, and we're running into the same problems over and over.

 

i never see sythe on. if i do its for a few mins...doese he even know whats going on on his own site theese days?

 

Nah bro, he's completely oblivious, and has no vested interested in his own site anymore.

I see Sythe for like 2-3 hours each day. He's actually really active at the moment. It could have something to do with our timezones, because I believe Sythe and I are both from Australia, that may be why.

 

Pretty sure Matt is the one from Australia.

 

Nope, Sythe is from Australia, Matthew lives in the U.S.

He's on all the time, i bother him with my homework and he's usually very quick to reply back.

I didn't delete your post. I moved it as it was not on topic and then locked the thread because the staff made a decision and that decision is not up for questioning. The public does not have all the information and unless you want me to leak everything to you, you aren't going to and thus it is pointless and silly and utterly useless to have any discussion about it because y'all aren't informed.

Then why aren't things more transparent? Why don't we know everything?

 

why must you know everything? a lot of information we talk about is sensitive, we express things that we must, but a lot of our success is due to the way we can quietly deal with situations.
If you wish to continue talking about this, make a suggestions thread instead, expressing why you think we should change, please give examples on how it would benefit us too : )

 

It's obvious by the response of the members that this wasn't successful, and holding back information will only make some staff lose face with some members.

Gotta give us something other than "u dunt no the half of it", because that just feels like a bad excuse.
