I'm perfectly open to the opinions of others provided they come from individuals that are going to candidly, honestly, and sincerely express it. I reject your opinion as it stems simply from spite; spite that you were not awarded the ex-moderator rank following your second demotion. That you've systematically attributed further negative feedback to those that you have habitually experienced conflict with demonstrates that you seek not to express legitimate feedback but rather to discredit those that have displeased you.

Thanks to everyone else for expressing honest feedback. Keep up the good work, staff!

 

Finn, regarding Hahanerd's feedback. I agree that it's probably biased, but how could it not be? We view others by looking back on previous encounters with them. Personally, I find that you have generally accepted all sincere suggestions and arguments, although the SFA stuff can get heated (from all sides ).

Anyway, the point I wanted to make was that you banned that guy a few days ago (or so FireZ implied) for posting on one of your OT threads after you asked him not to. The person's opinions were severely ignorant yet they did not break the rules in any way. I believe that, while that specific case seems to be an anomaly, it was a slight abuse of power. People who are not breaking the rules or gravely insulting other members deserve the right to freedom of speech and should not be limited by a staff member's personal opinion.

You're overall a great administrator and staff leader. Keep doing what you're doing. Just maybe, in the future, think of people who post ignorant things as people you can educate rather than people you can look down disdainfully on (I'm also guilty of immediately being mad at them and looking down on them, it's only natural. But it probably isn't the best way to have an educated debate and I think we both have room to improve on the issue ).

But yeah, keep up the good work all.

FireZ, Plznate, N4n0....all I can say is damn...

 

Farcast -> most reliable mod. He's the only staff you can actually get a hold of on this site. I trust him more than any staff on this site.

 

Kero has stepped up quick and is doing great things as well.

 

Im pretty sure if you had PMed any of us, you would have got to us.

 

Not every mod answers all PMs. I agree that Farcast can be the most easily reachable moderator.

 

I'm going to have to say Sengria is great too. I've PM'd him various times pestering him to change a thread title and it's been done within minutes.

I do not really talk to the staff much, but everywhere I look seems to be Firez, and Nanos work .

By far my most favorite mods, no matter what people say Firez is the best.

 

I'd work for FireZ any day of the week! Just took another lurk around the Report and Scammer and Dispute a Ban forums, glad to see you're still trying to keep us all safe.. Keep up the good work!

I'm going to say that the staff as a whole seems to be doing very well.

Every section seems a lot cleaner now so keep up the good work guys!
