Frenzy - Does a great job with with spam reports, thanks.
ZerkerFist - Is doing a amazing job with scam reports. He always responds in a very polite and professional manner. Thanks for your help it's appreciated.

 

Zerkerfist - Very active with scam reports, and very helpful outside of sythe.
MohtasaUnique - Helpful with reported posts and running the graphic section well.
Shoop - Ignorant/arrogant, self-righteous ****. Always thinks hes right. He's basically on to answer reported posts and give un needed infractions. If anyone deserves the award for giving improper infractions its him.
Superman - Where did you go? I don't see you online much. [Probably busy]
They be trippin - Seeing you a lot more, improving on activity.
Tmoe - Who? Never seen him before lol
Malakadang - I see him online quite a few times, but don't really see him participating in moderator duties. I'm sure he's doing something though.
Pockets - Don't really see him much as I used too.
Quatakai - More active. KIU

Nice job to Quat and Zerker, blew through a ton of reports today.

 

I'm sorry you feel that way. If you feel the infractions I have given you are unfair you do have the right to dispute them to myself, if you then unhappy with my answer you can dispute to a global.

 

I don't think this is entirely fair. Shoop is an extremely nice guy and a large portion of his job revolves around helping users and offering all kinds of support. If he has infracted you then there is probably a good reason for it, and if you do not agree then you can simply send him a PM and dispute it with him.

Most of the time these situations can be chalked up to a lack of communication. I get a lot of people messaging me who are furious over an infraction, but once we have had the chance to talk about it and I can explain where I am coming from, and hear their side of the story, we both walk away happy and on good terms. Try it out next time, and I think you will find Shoop is a very pleasant person.


EDIT: Oh yeah, I meant to add a thank you to this post to everybody who has posted feedback for me. You guys are awesome ^_^

I'm sure all staff played a part in the restitution idea, just wanted to say its an amazing idea to allow members back and let them start a new career on sythe.

Something I never expected to see to be honest but I'm glad it was done

Sucks that it took you guys so long to realize some people were banned unfairly and didn't do anything sooner,and instead let more people get banned unjustly. Anyway, love the new system govind, so +1 to you. Do unbanned members get any ranks back they had from before?

Been very busy recently (hint lack of activity) and I've been on Sythe for like 15 minutes a day for the last few days.
Also, perhaps it's cause I'm always on appear offline, maybe I'll change that .

I don't think anyone in staff should be on Appear Offline for more than like 20% of their time online. If I run across a phisher thread or something equally important, I PM all online mods rather than report the post to ensure it's dealt with swiftly.

 

Pockets- Great guy to speak to whenever I have a problem, always takes the time out of the day to help me whenever he can. Through no personal gain of his own, he's helped me out a great deal and I'd like to thank him for that.

They be trippin - Seeing you around a lot more, you handle a fair amount of the reports I put in and it's clear to see you are putting in a lot of effort around the site.

Tmoe - Good work with all the spam reports, you seem to always be active and posting around which is great.

Zerkerfist - Always was impressed with you as an active and positive influence on this site, way before you were promoted to mod and I'm glad to say it's still the same. You take time and thought in your answers to a vast majority of the communities problems and you can tell you actually take the time to sit down and think about them. Keep up the great work.

Govind - You seem to be a lot more involved in the community (not that you weren't previously, I just seem to see you around more) some of the recent ideas you've added in have been great for the site and community and are pointing in the right direction of a good change.
