Sythe - The amount of community involvement you've demonstrated recently is great! I'm really glad to see you around more, thanks for everything you've done so far.

 

SuF - Nice job with the spam reports, glad to see a gobal taking care of those sections.

Djweasel - I know it's tough moderating on an Iphone, but it's great to see you maintain activity in the community as well as moderating. Also, congrats on the job.

Uhhhhm.. I only received a pm from you this morning and have been at uni all day.

 

Alright, I'm not sure who did this, so I thought it would be best if I left a message here.

Sometime between 3AM and 7AM CST, my thread title was changed,

from: ௵▓▒░ $0.50/M 「 24/7 Delivery 」 #1 RSUltimate Gold ║DAILY SALES║ 256-BIT SECURE ░▒▓௵
to: ௵▓▒░ $0.59/M 「 24/7 Delivery 」 #1 RSUltimate Gold ║DAILY SALES║ 256-BIT SECURE ░▒▓௵


The moderator or administrator who changed it did not bother to contact me. RSUltimate offers a price of $0.50/M to new customers via Credit/Debit card, and seeing as all gold sellers usually put their bare minimum price on the cheapest payment method in their title, I think it's fair to be able to do the same with my thread title.

I'd be glad to see a reasonable argument against this if necessary.

Sometimes what happens is, old unanswered spam reports made by you for a title changed will be later completed, resulting in an outdated title.

Regardless, im fixing it for you now.

EDIT: Looked into it, seems a moderator changed it at someone elses request. I will pm them now and make sure it doesn't happen again.

They be trippin - Just some friendly suggestions to help you out a little bit: I have reported 2 posts in a single thread:

both of which, you have responded to by saying "its fine"

and so those still remain in the thread which they absolutely SHOULD NOT.

It clearly explains that the quotes I have supplied above are not tolerated as appropriate posts for the question and section at hand. When these types of posts are reported they should not be brushed off as "its fine"...they should be taken care of as that is the point of a moderator's duty...to make sure users abide by forum and section rules. By letting people like that post inappropriate answers and breaking the rules, you are not properly executing your authority as a moderator.

This is not suppose to be a personal attack or some hostile criticism. Please see this as merely constructive feedback. I know you are a new mod so I am simply trying to give you some pointers to help you out on your new journey as staff.

Awesome job to the entire staff team; I've just taken a look @ the RaSc / Dispute section and they're well under control.

Pockets - Doing a great job in the market mate, glad to see you in that position!
Superman123321 - As always, you're doing a fantastic job. Keep up the great work.
Video - You've picked up the system extremely quickly, and you're getting through a truckload of work. Really good to see.
Zerkerfist - Zerk... as I've said before, you're an asset. Keep up the amazing workload.

In the future, however, if you'd like to talk about an infraction/warning, PM the moderator who issued it. We don't like it when you post stuff like this in public as we, or at least I, consider it rude. That's why there's a sticky titled "Unhappy with an infraction you received? Read me!"

1. You were given a warning (http://puu.sh/yfN3) for posting this post. First of all, a warning does not do anything to you. It's even less than an infraction, which are actually supposed to serve as warnings. So your question of "since when is this infractable" doesn't really even apply to this situation, however, I supposed it'd be "infractable (+1 points to your sythe.org account)" if you continued to do it after a warning was issued. Second of all, the thread title is "Where did [name here] go?" It's not "How is this person's pardon doing?" A person's pardon is more of a private matter between them and the staff, and it isn't something that's appropriate to ask in that thread. Hopefully that clears that up, again, just PM me in the future please, and we can discuss things there.

2. This seems more like a personal issue, however, it'd be great if you elaborated on how it seems that I've "become stuck up, thinking I'm better than everyone." I'm interested in improving, but I need direction from you guys if you want to help.

 

Video-- You have a tremendous knowledge of the market and this is definitely showing up in the way you handle disputes. I am very impressed.

 

I tend to agree with Stui on that. You were super cool before you promotion but now you are just not as friendly anymore. You're not friendly when PMed and it seems like any time I try to talk to you on MSN about anything including concerns about Sythe you always seem like you have better things to do. I mean no offense by this but you just aren't personable anymore, your personal skills, in my opinion, need some work to make you more accessible to people outside your personal circle. Kind of a power went to your head kind of thing, and right after you got mod you told me to let you know if that ever happens and I feel like that has kind of became the situation - so this is me telling you. I know you're an awesome person, but something has happened between right after you got mod and now.

 

@Superman and Stui - Just to avoid another page of argument posts, I hope that you're both going to pursue your discussion via PM.

 

I know i'm new and don't know you superman but i saw ur posts before in spam before adn you were always cool and chill but now you seem to be a real jerk off even if you do a good job modd'ing.
