Thankyou for this Tyro.... it definitely will be a help I've been desperately wanting any form of feedback so I can see what I need to improve on and what I'm not doing so well....
Should us moderators partake in this as well? Or should we leave it to regular members?

 

I think it'd be best of all of you moderators to see how well you judge your fellow staff members. There's stuff that we don't see that you guys do.

 

Alteranz - Don't really know him, but he's a fucking beast on spam reports with Austin
Dalpra - why is he even a mod?
Kadaj - great mod, he's doing great
Rawr Im Phat - simply the best <3
Spyike - he should get msn, other then that great job

R2Pleasent - cool guy but I don't really see why he's a mod.
R33l2r3al - doing a great job, see him often around
Skele_Master - fucking beast on reports
Tyro - good mod, see you around often
Verts - queen of disputes

Finn - see him around often, pretty much does his task.
Pen - great admin.
Ryan - don't see him too often around.
Sythe - well, he runs the site, so hats off.

I'm going to be completely honest here and say what I think.

Alteranz - Simply awesome. Does loads of my reports and I always enjoy reading what he says when he solves them
Badger191 - I don't really see badger around Maybe it's because I don't hang out in the market much...
Dalpra - He was the sex when I was a UE. Always planning with Rob on how to make UE more fun and better.
Farcast - Haven't seen much of him.
gohanforever - Where hast thou been?
Jimmy - I don't go to programming, sorry.
Kadaj - Great! Moderates the market well.
KIABIN - Don't do GFX, sorry.
Louis - Seems great But needs to post more in OT xD
Rawr Im Phat - Fucking beast! Does a shitload of reports every day!
Sindrefyrn - Haven't seen him active as of late.
Spyike - Awesome. Does loads of work in the Market section.
venom - Dunno what he does. Don't see him post too much, just the occasional lock.

R33l2r3al - I love Rob. Lots and lots and lots. Has been there for me as many times as I can remember. I remember he was the first ever mod I talked to on Sythe. Lovely guy, helped me out even though I was a leecher at the time. :love:

Verts - One of the best staff members. Love her posts ;D Does awesome work in dispute section.

Finn - Finn.Is.The.Best. I love Finn. Helped me out whenever I needed it, with advice and much more. One of the people I respect the most.
Matthew - Seems quite alright. Haven't spoken to him at all tbh.
Pen - Great general admin I love him in the dispute forum.
Ryan - Don't see him posting much.
Sythe - This guy blows me away with his posts. The intelligence of this man now is better my intelligence will ever be.

Blupig - Honestly a hero. He works hard for the site, moderates well, does other non-obligatory activities for the site, and frankly, we're all lucky to have him <3

Alteranz - one of the best mods on sythe. Besides that, 90% of my reports are filed out by him
Badger191 - Never seen him on sythe doing anything / never answered any spam report. So IDK
Dalpra - Great HUE and a nice guy. Good mod
Farcast - Friendly guy and fairly active
gohanforever - Awesome dude really friendly and really active (Besides lately but that's ok)
Jimmy - Friendly guy fairly active
Kadaj - Pretty active guy, contributes a lot to the community sections as well.
KIABIN - great GFX mod but I don't visit that section often.
Louis - Great OT mod, hilarious guy. Does a lot of spam reports too

Alteranz - When you were first selected, I wasn't so sure about the choice. However, you've become an excellent moderator and a very friendly person to talk to.
Badger191 - You've drifted towards becoming inactive, but you were helpful the last time on called on your help.
Dalpra - When you're not on holiday, you're a pretty decent moderator.
Farcast - I rarely see you post, although perhaps you do some b-t-s work.
gohanforever - Activity has dropped due to college etc, but you're usually a very good mod.
Jimmy - I don't venture in Programming, but I often see you post in off-toppic etc.
Kadaj - I always see you around, posting, locking and helping others
