In theory, I scam 500 RuneScape accounts - come sell them here legitimately. I shouldn't be held accountable?

Just because the Sythe.org users aren't being directly effected it still is a slimy characteristic of a person.

I think the attempt at a correlation between e-thugs and recreational pot smokers is a bit extreme.

That would be bringing onto sythe and would not be considered an off site activity

Yes. I believe so. I find it really hard for a virgin to discuss sex in detail and never had it.

Okay rather than pot lets talk about the other illegal stuff on sythe. Codes for vista/photoshop/other generated pins. Runescape (stolen) upgrades. Selling iTunes albums. All illegal yet found on sythe. Seriously, if you're going to ban for one illegal action then ban all of them.

Voucer as in itunes card? Not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about selling albums you've bought - really illegal. And photoshop codes? $100-200. Hundreds of membership upgrades sold every month? Thousands of dollars. Selling memberships is actually a pretty big offense if you think about it.

I don't know the law about reselling them, but I'm taking it that you're allowed to. The reason it's allowed is because we give everybody the benefit of the doubt that it's a real copy of the product you bought from the shops and just re-selling it.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

Zipping a file and sending it is illegal. You can't be sending an 'original' product if it's digital, lol. If you don't believe me, look it up. And as for the codes for products? And upgrades?

Otherwise, by what you're saying, Ebay would be illegal.

Who's to say they won't bring that attitude here? It's asinine to give them immunity because it's a different site.

Lawl, kid go do some research. Ebay, you sell the ACTUAL CD. Zipping a file and sending it is not selling the ACTUAL CD. It's selling a COPY of the cd. PLEASE, I BEG you. Go research the topic rather than going back and forth.

That is no longer OFF SITE. Bringing stolen account's here makes it now ON SITE. (EDIT: Just saw someone else already pointed this out.)

Jesus Christ. Read what I quoted from you. I only put "codes for products" because when you buy a code for a game there isn't going to be a box you buy it from. It's exactly like when you buy a runescape account - there isn't going to be a nice letter containing all the information about the account.

You're right, I read it wrong. But the thing is the same thing holds true. You can't sell authorization codes for products, lol. Just like you cant sell auth codes for RSBots... Why doesn't it hold true across the board here on sythe?

What's the chance a mass account seller that knows how to phish and stuff will have a lot of accounts he made himself?

so you want them to be banned based off of opinion and not actual evidence of the accounts they are selling to be hacked.

Let me get this straight before we argue anymore. Your argument is, "we should not ban people who know how to phish, hack, ddos, crack and any other illegal tactic of profiting from if they only discuss it, but show no proof of them doing it."
