Should Marijuana be Legal?

Some studies have shown that even alcohol can be more devastating for your health than marijuana.

 

It should remain illegal IMO its a waste of money time and ruins your health.

 

Arguments are invalid due to cigarettes and alcohol.

 

I do not think the government has the right to ban these types of things, they should only be able to if it is causing harm to OTHERS

If there were no illegal drugs, and they were all regulated like alcohol and cigarettes, those with serious problems would become de-facto illegal due to lawsuits. (IE Heroine ETC) while weed, DMT, and many other substances with out health issues would exist as they should

Why would the "bad" ones become illegal? well because, you'll get SUED for selling something that hurts someone like that etc.
