Should Marijuana be Legal?

Yea, it should be, kinda dumb not to make it legal. We could come outta debt so fast.

 

People still smoke it when its illegal.

 

This is why it should be legal. Not to mention all the people in prison for it.

 

But people murder despite its illegality, people still enslave women into the sex trade despite its illegality.

Not saying cannabis shouldn't be legal, but this is a poor as hell argument.

 

Well what I mean by it is that weed being legal or not we will still smoke it.

But to me it's stupid to lock people up for life over pot. That's where I'm getting at. I think it's dumb to lock someone up for life and over populate prisons because of weed.

Murderers and rapists end up getting a lot less time in prison because they need to make room for drug offenders half of them not being violent.

 

Isn't that ironic since I found out in my state, up to an oz is only a misdemeanor wow.

 

weed is attacked by so many people for no reason saying its a gateway drug and does all these harmful things their have been experiments and studies DISPROVING all of these things peole have to say about marijuana after i smoke im not craving crystal meth the only thing on my mind is a bag of doritos

 

This theory has been largely debunked. Legalizing marijuana will not necessarily have definite economic impacts (See NPR's planet money episode on the issue)

I like the way its being used for medical purposes. If I was in a shit hole and was offered it, I probably wouldn't take it, but I'm glad it helps other people.

Well yea it should be legal in some cases it helps people with mental disorder or anxiety.

 

Yes, Marijuana should be legal in my opinion.
1. It is by far less dangerous than alcohol (which is legal in case you didn't know)
2. There is no way to Overdose on cannabis
3. Only reason why cannabis is dangerous is because of the black market, and if it were to be legalized, ways to obtain cannabis would be completely safe
4. There are now cancer free ways of ingesting THC, such as vaporizers, hash oil, earwax hash, brownies

Honestly, one of my friends made it simple..

Alcohol and Cigarettes are addictive and worse the marijuana and even shrooms.

Therefor, legalize shrooms and marijuana if alcohol and cigarettes are legal. OR if you want, do all that and get rid of cigarettes as well, cause they are gross.

 

Actually even habitually smoking marijuana has shown no increases in the possibility for cancer.

Though the tar and such can still be slightly detrimental to your lungs.

 

Making it legal would solve more problems. But I think people should have a choice to do it, considering alcohol is worse than weed. I think you should be 21+ to purchase it.
