PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

I just started selling using Player Auctions and within one day someone steals 200 dollars from me. I literally sold like 1,500 dollars worth in a day trying to resell some of the 3,000 I bought with no issue. So the odds of being scammed seem to be around 20%-33%. I put my ad up, a guy buys it, I walk up to him and trade him it. I was very nervous as it was nearly my first sale, so I very carefully right clicked him and gave him the 250m. He didn't confirm delivery which worried me enough to put a ticket right away. I had a bad feeling, but I thought there might be a chance he just forgot. So I kept selling which was like a 1,000 dollars worth that day. Right before the three days expires he disputes it which made me boil in anger. He then is flat out lying in messages to me saying I never delivered when he knows I did. He was standing near no one and someone just doesn't randomly walk up to you and give you 250m. I didn't think people scammed there which is why I accepted the fees, I thought it was safe, I mean you have to give them your bills, social security card and everything, turns out I was very wrong, you probably won't last a day without being scammed based on my experience. My dispute number is 38589.

 

Oh and I'm sorry about sending the buyer a giant picture of a middle finger instead of talking to him, he was in such a hurry and I delivered it to him in like three minutes and he doesn't confirm delivery or message me and just acts shady and messages me things to make it seem like he hasn't got it. I mean can you blame me? What would you say to a guy who just did that? I sent him five middle fingers that were carefully made by hand in text form to form a lovely picture for him. I don't have screenshots and I feel like I am on the verge of being robbed by this guy because I trusted your website and this predator like scammer took advantage of me on the very first day.

 

Literally all my friends laughed at me saying I got scammed the minute it happened, I knew it, but I thought I might of not been so unlucky. I just thought I could quickly just sell a couple billion in like a day and be on my way, but your site obviously has very serious problems as I couldn't even make it one day, more like hour.

 

Wow, I got scammed again eight hours later. I am being scammed for a laughable 15 dollars now. I sold 1,500 dollars worth in a day and I have two people scamming me, one for 200 dollars and now for 15 dollars LOL. They both bought gold from me and accepted it and aren't confirming delivery. I update your odds of being scammed selling gold on Player Auctions at roughly 15%, I have about 20 orders in two days so this is pretty accurate. Apparently the new fad is buying gold on Player Auctions and disputing it. I am not some smearing shill working for another gold company trying to slander them. I just feel pretty angry about reading how this is "very rare" yet happened twice on my first day.

 

It's like there is a community that is actively trying to scam the new sellers. Like all the vet sellers know the tricks to scam money, like how new sellers might not video the trades or something. They like see your price or see that you're too fast and know to jump on trying to steal from you and dispute it as they know they can win. All the big time sellers probably have alts and do this to poor people who haven't yet learned how this stupid game works. Gaming the system to take advantage of new people is disgusting, this site is completely garbage. I had great results buying though, I spent like 3,000 easy and had no problems. When you're buying gold and not accounts, nothing ever goes wrong, selling gold, everything goes wrong, you got a community of predator scammers.

It clearly asks for more details and it doesnt say anything about recovery. How someone is even able to recover locked account when PA seller doesnt provide any additional indo. Why do you sell insurances then if they are clearly worthless?

I will check on my report again and see if there are any updates; I will PM you if there are any. As for what will happen, if you have an open and on-going case with him and the other user is found out to be scamming, the case will be closed in your favor. If the case is already closed, I'm afraid we can no longer rule out a new decision. In either case, the user will be suspended.

I'm sorry but we still require proof; this is to make the process of claims fair for both seller, since without these, anyone can just claim anything on our platform. Since you weren't able to take screenshots, I consulted our team and they said if the buyer isn't able to send anything, then the close can be closed in your favor.

I'm very sorry but the 2 screenshots aren't enough as per our support team. The screenshot of the correspondence from them should state that the account was reclaimed by the original owner.

 

Thank you, the guy who I thought stole the 15 dollars actually ended up giving it to me saying he just wasn't paying attention, so it is only this issue among about 20 sales, not that bad, if I didn't run into him I would of had a wonderful experience. I thought buying was a very good experience, I bought billions from lots of people and never ran into a issue, I can safely recommend buying through Player Auctions, but not selling unless you take extreme precautions. I will only sell there with video running from now on and will take all fault for disputes without proof on my end. I just didn't think about it on my first day selling when I had such a good experience buying over along period of time, guess selling is a different world.

Is not an official acckings.com account, someone is impostoring us trying to steal our built up reputation(R2pleasent and I's), we don't sell on playerauctions. I would immediately freeze all disbursements this guy has and refund the buyers if u can or at the very least definitely terminate the account.

 

The owner of that acc is my friend lol, nobody on PA has any idea who you or your site is anyways big guy, and none of his listing are taken from your website either.

Edit: since Wortel keeps deleting my other post, please show the listings that have been taken from your website, will gladly be waiting.
And anyone can register that name, you have no argument buddy, please also show where he claims to be you =)

 

R2 and I's mixed PA accounts have over 30,000+ orders, clearly users know who we are and what our companies do, Acckings has over 2500 members and over 500 active a day and growing quickly, if those listings aren't taken directly from us I'd like to see where they've been a "large account seller" as their listings claim, and why they chose the name Accounkings which is our interchangeable name with acckings we use.

Your also home IP twc'd so I wouldn't trust your word or what you say for a second, my request still stands @PlayerAuctions

Please email [email protected] and show any proof you might have that user accountkings at PlayerAuctions isn't you. It's also possible that he's using the name "accountkings" that just coincided with your branding, but he/she didn't mean it to copy you. However if you can spot copied text, as you've mentioned, do include it in the report you send to that email so our team can review it. Sorry for any inconvenience with this.

You gave my money to the thief? You obviously have a flawed system because I got stolen from on the first day and your stupid review team couldn't see the proof I gave you that he is lying. I am also a multi millionaire that makes an absurd amount of money, I sent you my bills in, look at my power bill, it's 12,000 a year, what kind of person that rich steals from what I am assuming is a poor person from the third world. You have my address, I have three houses, I will give you the other two if you want. You can Google Earth where this bum who stole from me lives and look where I live. I have an award winning business that has the most prestigious in the city and I live in an expensive major city on the west coast. I won Best business in the entire city. I will write at least 1,000 negative reviews until I get my money back from you. It will be part of my day every morning, like going to the gym, I will find a new website to write my review about being stolen from on this website. I will eventually buy a system so I can make reviews automatically. Basically destroying your business will be my new life goal until I get my money back as I am very rich and have all the time and resources in the world. I'm not going anywhere until you hand me my money back, I will not pay some fee either. You told me there was no problem and then took my 1,000 dollars and took your fee from me after lying to me. Then you lie to me again and give the money to the thief. You don't even have a final review team, you just have a button you press and it goes to whoever meets your metrics and guess what the person stealing is going to know them and the person being stolen from isn't.

 

I can order from your website for the money I got stolen then call my bank and tell them what happened. I will get my money one way or another, so you mine as well just hand it over before I make this a legal issue. I don't care about money or time or going to jail. I will seek justice one way or another, I'm not just going to let you steal from me like that, small rocket people.

 

I personally think you have someone in your company that steals from new sellers and just wins all the disputes as you seem very corrupt, like the counties you hide in.

 

Does anyone have any experience calling the non emergency police on this company to see what they can do? I know they're in China and it will be hard to get much done. I'm going to do it if on one has to see if I can get them looked into or if they can legally return my money. I know my bank can, my sister worked there. Buyers who get scammed, never accept it, always call your bank and tell them what happened, you'll get your money back and the site will have to make the thief pay for it or they take the loss which they won't I'm sure. It's going to be a bit more tricky for me as seller to get my money back, but I will get it. I'm so angry I had to wait a week to get robbed. Nearly the worst experience of my life using this site. You got to fight for your own money, get robbed and then wait a week while getting robbed as the thief talks to you and calls you a liar. Then you have a team who doesn't review the case and gives it to the person who knows the system better. I'll give you a hint, the thief knows it better. He tells them I'm harassing him, I laughed, like a women having her purse stolen and the guy tells her to not hurt his feeling while he steals it from her. He is too much of a coward to steal in real life.

 

Hello Austin. I'm really sorry, I know you're very frustrated but all I can tell you is that without the proof we require, we can't rule out the case in your favor. It's how our dispute process works for selling gold. I told you that in my very first message, that without it, it will be very difficult to decide the case in your favor.

 

It isn't a case, it is a thief stealing from me, make him take me to court if he wants my money. I am not handing it over to a thief without proof. Look at his messages, He lied over and over. He ordered and then ignored me asking for him to confirm. Who orders 200 dollars worth of gold after asking if you're online because you're in a hurry and then doesn't come once he buys it? He ordered one minute after I told him I'm fast and then never spoke a word for days because he took my gold and didn't want to talk about it. He said I never messaged him. I messaged him right away and all along the process and he never says "Where is my gold? Where are you? Are you ready? No I never got it from you? He never said anything, he just left and then told you guys I never messaged him. You can see he is lying if you look at your system, he ignored me for days as I desperately tried to contact him? Who would do that, ask yourself, out of 1,000 people, how many would do that? The answer is none.
