    Hello again. I checked your case and I'm very sorry to say that this was closed with finality. I consulted our team about this, and the reason is that before your seller's account was locked, he offered help during your dispute, but no replies were received from you. After some time, the dispute time window has closed, having that case closed in your seller's favor. We reopened the case when you posted here in Sythe but unfortunately the evidence isn't enough. As per the support team's decision, the case is now being closed. I'm really sorry.

    What's the stance on negative feedback removal? I thought you could just send an email to have it looked at but they said they won't remove it with approval from the buyer.
    For context: Buyer disputes saying he doesn't want the account and I accept and he gets his money back, but he still leaves negative feedback

    Question #2 - Since his negative fb drops my ratings astronomically (since my account is new) is there any repercussions if I delete my current account, and create a new one?

    Edit: Another question (sorry) when it says Skrill - USA Based, does that mean it's only available for Americans? I sincerely appreciate your assistance, thanks.

    Hello there, Xayos.

    Question 1 - Negative feedback:
    For negative feedback, we cannot remove them and we stand by our policy that the users who wrote them should be the one to remove them. Every user for every feedback is given a maximum of (1) opportunity to edit or remove it. However, in special cases, if the feedback is proven unwarranted or false, our team can review it and remove it accordingly, but this is subject to close and inspection and scrutiny. You may send requests like these to [email protected]. They will have the final say and if it cannot be taken out, then I'm afraid I can no longer do anything about it, Xayos.

    Question 2 - New accounts:
    There are no repercussions other than losing your previous account's status as a verified or power seller, and any other feedback or stats on it. We cannot transfer over any stat to your new account and it will be treated as a separate, new account. Please know that you will have to verify your identity with us if you'd like to go through this by contacting [email protected].

    Question 3 - Skrill:
    I'm very sorry I'm not familiar with this, but what I do know is that we have users from different parts of the world who use Skrill. It depends because in some countries, either PayPal or Skrill is banned. I haven't seen any Skrill account with a "US based" suffix to it; Sorry.

    Hi.

    I'd like to say that your "risk management" team is making erratic and unjustified decisions, suspending loyal seller accounts without giving any reason or giving the chance to even talk.

    And then it was just closed as "solved" by them... (Id #153944)

    This is seriously ridiculous to say the least.

    Thinking back, some of the accounts I was selling before that happened got banned in-game magically as if the game admin knew exactly the usernames. Maybe I'm wrong on this specific thing but I honestly believe some funny business is going on behind the scenes among your staff.

    This is how you encourage and reward your loyal sellers guys?

    Update on my case: apparently the seller had been cheating using my sold account as I has received a notification of my account being banned. And I haven't even been paid yet. Riperooni

    No worries, you personally (Assuming it's Richard) been nothing but nice and helpful with me before, and I appreciate that.

    To your "risk management" ; We're being killed daily by the tyranny of the zionist controlled United States while the whole world is complying with them and watching, so enforcing their crap sanctions is expected, you don't have the balls to say no to their bullshit and that's understandable, but at least have the balls to say what's going on next time.

    Hello, playerauctions team! I have a very big problem and when i tried to contact you through gmail nothing that you said helped me and it was only a copy and pasted message, that didnt even care about my case. Look, I found this site out wanting to buy fortnite accounts and i still am. I created the account on my phone, and I was with my friend. I was scrolling through offers and I found a really good one and wanted to contact the seller. When I pressed it I randomly got error 404. I thought it was a bug so I just carried on and pressed buy now and it didnt load and showed me the too many redirects error. I was really confused. I got home and tried to do the same thing with my laptop and other computers but still doesnt work. I decided to email you guys and what i got was a response that my account will not be reactivated and not reinstated. Keep in mind at that time i created my account 1 hour ago. I was so confused why i was banned and i asked my friend to create an account because he was interested in the offers too. He ended up getting the same error 404 and too many redirects thing too. Can i please get some help and not a copy and pasted message like in the gmail? I really wanna buy something but I can't. Thanks for reading.

    PS: I thought that the ban was for the reason that my account details(my name, city) were incorrect, but when i created the account i though it didnt matter so i typed in anything random. Now when I try to change them it says my account is temporarily locked. Please help and I dont think I did anything wrong.

    The insurance PA asks simply does not exist. 2 accounts got recovered days after purchase and disputes closed in seller's favor.
    Case #37025 - Password and email on the account got changed, still gets decided in seller's favor.
    Case #35686 - account got locked soon after purchase and details seller provided were not enough to unlock it nor seller was able to unlock it himself.

    For cases like these, our staff will always ask for correspondence from the game publisher where they say the game account was reclaimed by the original seller, and other forms of evidences need to be explicit in showing the seller as the culprit. I'm really sorry to hear that the turnout was not in your favor; I'll try bringing up these two disputes to our support team again to see if anything can be done. I saw that you also sent me a PM; I'll reply to that in a bit, Probemas.

    Hi there, Berco. Sorry for the hassle. As per checking, your account at PlayerAuctions is suspended due to filing for a chargeback case. I'm really sorry but as per policy, we cannot process any disputes if an account is suspended, and the reason accounts get suspended is because chargebacks defeat the purpose of our mediation and eliminates the possibility that the other user might not be at fault. Please email [email protected] so our team can look into it and advise you on what to do to remove the suspension. I understand that this does not address your concern about the account you lost, but we cannot facilitate mediations on locked/suspended accounts. For that, I am sorry.

    The Seller is selling the same account (Account 1) yet again and you're letting this happen, see:

    Jagex does not provide such information anymore. How people are supposed to get it? Well with the locked account case, you can just use login credentials yourself and see that account is locked.
