    I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but hopefully you guys can help me out.

    A few weeks ago, I made a sale on your website for 43.15(44.99 minus your fee). You sent payment to a [email protected] paypal account, but the problem is, that account had not been set up yet. The payment was cancelled. I then set up a paypal account in order to accept the payment, but according to your website, it showed as "payment processed". How can I get you guys to send the payment to [email protected] Paypal again?

    @PlayerAuctions I'm having trouble, I'm trying to buy an account and this message keeps poping up "me.playerauctions.com redirected you too many times" I already tried many methods to get rid of this message but it's not working. Can you please help me?

    Okay, so I got money from selling an account from PA, and then i looked 5 mins later and it was cancelled.
    #3798807 is the order, I'm really confused I was supposed to receive my money last night. Could you please look into this?

    @PlayerAuctions I bought an account for $100+ the account insurance. After 2-3 days of game-play the buyer decided to recover the account even though all info given to me, was wrong. He locked the account and now has recovered it along with my gp. I put a dispute out about 2-3 days ago aswell with proof of the account being locked, please give me my money back or Player auction 100$ credit. Thank you.

    Hi there. I can see from my end that the payment is still with us. It bounced back because it was unclaimed in PayPal, and this is because your PayPal account isn't verified yet. There are two things you can do: (1) faster method - call PayPal and ask them to verify PayPal account [email protected] for you; (2) slower method - setup a different PayPal account and change that in your account settings at PlayerAuctions. Only choose option (2) if you're having trouble with option (1). For now I will release the payment back, and until then please make sure you are able to verify your payment account because the next payment opportunity is already on Monday. I'm sorry but we do not release payments on weekends.

    Hello Legion. Sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid you will have to see the dispute through to the end with this. Please note that you need to prove your claim by sending proof, particularly an email or Twitter statement from the game publisher informing you that the account was reclaimed by the original owner ("this account is reclaimed by the original owner" --- something along those lines).     Hey, long time Sythe lurker here needing some help.
    After placing an order on your website, I opened a dispute with the seller requesting no refund and not to return the account to ensure payment was withheld until the email address was changed to mine.
    I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt on this but would like to change the refund value on the dispute to the full amount rather than £0 as if you read it I have blatantly been scammed (pa user ryanb0401, dispute 25033)
    After this, the original owner (Store Izisalers) reclaimed the account, put it back up for sale and has ignored all of my messages since. I am unsure if the account has been purchased again since then or of it is removed.
    I have also opened an account reclamation but would like ot make sure my eggs are all together.
    Looking at his feedback this account has now been resold
    Seller has now left ME negative feedback!

    Hello
    I have a problem
    I bought an account from player auctions this morning
    and everything was accepted
    but the automated delivery didnt send me the account details and the order details says its pending my action on the account or “pending buyer inspection.”
    although the account details wern’t sent.

    my username is :thaerv

    i sent 4 emails all day
    and i got no answer at all.

    Can you look into dispute 24204, my user is greenman12 and this guy has been using my account over 5 days now while waiting for the dispute to get resolved, pretty sure he is attempting to scam me, can you please look into it ASAP?

    @PlayerAuctions Purchase a Smite account 3 days ago and the account details were supposed to be sent out automatically through instant delivery but I have yet to receive anything. Order number is #3821091

    I talked to a rep named Edwin and he said he has resent the infos but I have not received anything and that's why i'm writing this to you in hope you will be able to send it for me.

    I can see that you confirmed receiving the game account details yesterday. It's possible that you got it from the seller through on-site chat or that one of the resent emails arrived. Just to be doubly sure, I resent the game account email again in the event that the confirmation is a mistake. Truly sorry about this.

    Thanks, I have already started a claim and have added a picture of a PM where the seller admits to reclaiming it. If you look at the feedback reply he left me it is clear that it is the same account. Have you received my original request or is the evidence for that one insufficient?
    If it is, can you give me a rough idea of what I'll need? Not sure I can give you much more compelling evidence than the seller admitting he did it... twice

    Hi there, Blood. Right now, rest assured that your seller's payment is still on hold so we still have some time to work on this. The problem with what happened is that it looks like you reported the account to Jagex for being sold, but there wasn't any solid evidence that the seller is indeed reselling the same account. It's a common practice on our platform for accounts to have the exact same stats, features, and content. These accounts are all hand-trained to follow a particular format and offering. For now, I will ask the team to take a look at it again and I will let you know about our findings.

    In the reply to the feedback I left where I claimed he resold the account he said it was because I tried to scam him(which I did not, and have explained pretty clearly). To me, that looks like he's justifying it rather than saying he didn't. I thought that was pretty clear cut - on top of that, looking at the stats in the new listing they were identical - as well as that I can now by looking at the hiscores see the account is being played. He definitely resold it. I have submitted a new ticket with extra screencaps also.
    In fact, looking at the two listing and downloading the images - they are both exactly the same pictures. Not a pixel different or out of place, he reused the same images for the second listing. On top of that, some of the stats were totally arbitrary and I don't believe for a moment that two identical accounts appeared from the same seller, especially with the second appearing right after he stopped responding to me - I had figured you'd have a background system where you could see the login names of accounts sold, if nothing else.
    Regardless, he has reclaimed the account and it is unrecoverable - as such I had thought this would fall under the rules for a refund under the insurance I paid for.
    Thank you for following up on all of this by the way, I know I'm being a pain in the ass - just want to make sure I get my money back and make sure this guy doesn't get anybody else!
    Like I said this really has not put me off of using your service - in fact, had he done this to me on any other platform, I'd be out of luck and have to hope I could get a refund through Neteller instead of having someone who can sort it out for me. I hope to go through with another purchase once we get this all ironed out.
