    Hello, i bought an account for over $100, the account was reclaimed, proof of account purchase:

    Upon submitting my appeal i tried to enter the username to resel as it blocks out accounts that have already be involved in fraudulant activity and what a supprise... [email protected] was blocked.. so my question to you now is.. why wasn't the user immediately banned, why was my order processed if this account was already involved in fraud.
    Secondly, player auctions pride themselves with buyer and seller protection but for me i see no buyer protection, simply.. if you a seller you can just wait 3-4 months and then recover with absolutely no repucutions; i have lost out on $100 and the account along with 230M GP that was on the account, a fire cape service i paid for, as well as $100+ worth of quests.
    I just don't see how you feel this is acceptable, i'm hoping for a response to reasure me and explain to me how this happened? If not i will unfortunately contact my bank regarding the payment and ask them to open a fraud dispute.

    Hi there, Luke.

    First off, I'm really sorry for the hassle and inconvenience you had to go through with this purchase. Sorry I might have missed something or might have misunderstood it, but the account might have been blocked after the 72-hour inspection phase since you were already submitting an appeal by then. If the account was blocked due to fraudulent activity, it may have happened somewhere between the time this was purchased back in September 2016 all the way to today. As for accounts being recovered, this is why a 72-hour inspection window is given to the buyer; as a buyer, this is your chance to fully secure the account by getting all the necessary recovery data such as names, address, numbers, phones, etc. and in fact we encourage you to talk to the seller using the on-site messenger at our site. After that, you have the choice to either accept the trade (confirm) or dispute it if you feel like you have been left out with any account detail.

    This order was purchased without any insurance, but rest assured our team will still provide all the assistance that they can in negotiating with your seller to refund you. Just to set your expectations, account purchases with no insurance are not eligible for refunds from PlayerAuctions, what we can do is talk to your seller about it and ask him to give you a refund, provided evidences are shown that the seller was at fault for reclaiming or losing the account. Barring that, his account could very well be suspended if proven that you weren't at fault and he is.

    I sold account in october on an email account which hasn't been associated with PayPal that time. I completely forgot about it,checked my email today and found out that i have sold the account.I made the PayPal account ,but no money arrived.i first asked PayPal and it doesnt look like it's their problem
    So,the buyer has his account, but i havent received my money yet. its been more than a month.

    Hi there, @relybely.

    Sorry for the inconvenience and long wait on this. I checked our logs and the payment bounced back to us last September 17. Our finance sent you a notification about it. When that happens, you usually need to contact PayPal and verify your account with them as there might be a missing info or it needs to be reactivated; they can tell you what's wrong with the account.

    Since you said in your message that you have already done that, I have released the payment back on queue. In the meantime, please contact PayPal again and ask them that you need to verify your account with them because you're expecting to get money from us, PlayerAuctions. They can walk you through what needs to be done.

    Rest assured the money will be intact, and by the time it gets sent and the account is not yet verified, rest assured that it won't go anywhere. But of course, it would be best if you could sort out your PayPal now so your money won't get delayed again.

    Let me know of anything if you need help. :)

    Hi @PlayerAuctions ,

    Order ID: 3248941 This was my first time using a wire / bank transfer with Player Auctions. I'm not getting a response or verification that payment has been received on player auctions end. Customer support usually responds back quickly and their silence on the matter has me a little nervous given the $ amount for the transaction in question. Can you take a look at the order and see if all the transactions for it appear to be normal? It would really put my mind at ease.

    EDIT: At the request of compliance team i created a new order
    (Order ID: 3250445)

    and was given a control number. Looks like it is now in payment verification stage. Fingers Crossed everything works fluidly from here. That Bank Transfer system you guys have seems janky af. I dont know if there is a way to improve it, but it could definitely use it!

    Hey there, @Heb05. Yup, your payment should be good now once you have the control number. Compliance team gives it to you as your proof of purchase for transaction references. Sorry for the sluggish process on bank transfers. Our primary payments are on PayPal and Skrill, and CC for US/Canada residents however we offer bank transfers as a means for users who do not have access to said payment options. I understand that at this point it's just an alternate means to provide our community an option to pay, but we'll definitely find means to improve it in the future. Thanks for the inputs! :)

    Hey there, @Joliex. Glad to hear back from you on this, and I'm happy to report that you're being paid for this order. As for the "Order Terminated" request, it's just how our database is coded, I confirm with you that this order is set to be paid to your account.

    However, you might have noticed that payment isn't in yet. It's being paid on November 13 since your payment configuration for this was set on the lowest fee, and as such it will be batch disbursed along with other orders at a later time. Fret not though because the case is closed and you should now be paid for this.

    I have made several tickets and none of your employees seem to understand what I am trying to say nor want to get back to me within the time if I just replied. Here is my issue there was a dispute with a payment on the day I was to receive the payment I had 30 days insurance which they reset when the dispute was turned in my favor. The transaction was done on July 25th and was supposed to be complete on August 28th. I have now waited for almost 80days since to receive my money. I am absolutely dumbfounded on your customer service I wish you would bring back live chat it was much more simple when I could talk to a live person and I resolved my issues way faster. I will pm my username and order number that I am talking about. I have contacted your facebook also. I am not getting anywhere with them I hope I can get somewhere with you. As of right now, I will highly NOT Recommend your site or services to be used. @PlayerAuctions

    Hello there, blackfox. I'd like to acknowledge receiving your PM.

    I carefully reviewed your case and even double checked this with our team leads; However, when an offer is made with free insurance and a dispute is made during or after the insurance phase BUT before the disbursement is made, the insurance cycle resets because the idea is to give the buyer his insurance, and even more so now that a dispute has been made. I'm truly sorry for this but you will have to wait on the payment for now and this cannot be reversed or changed.

    I purchased a RS 3 account which the seller reclaimed 6 days later. I contacted the seller who quickly blocked me. (The email account it resets the password to matches the email of when I first go the account before I changed it to mine.) I contacted support since I had payed for 1 year insurance on this account. They said they would contact the seller and wait 48 hours. It has been 48 hours and I have not been given my market credit for the insurance I payed for. The seller also has not responded.

    I have contacted Jagex Support and they will not reclaim the account in my favor. (I did not tell them that I bought the account) I payed $250 for a account, and I payed for insurance on top of that. I would like that credit please to buy a new account. I have a 100% positive feedback on my profile, the seller has 0% feedback on his.

    Hello, i made a purchase around 11 p.m yesterday and quickly received and e-mail stating that i need to provide the receipt from paypal. So i quickly did as the email told me and included it as an attachment. it's been approximately 20 hours and i haven't heard anything back. Please let me know what to do next.

    Hi there Francis, I checked on the order, and it was already queued back by one of our agents yesterday so you should be paid for this today. This is a somewhat common problem with payment gateways, unfortunately, and I can guarantee you that we're not stalling on this. I get a lot of these requests, and we're able to sort it out once the user confirms back to us that the PayPal on their accounts are sorted out already. Let me know how it goes, and my sincere apologies for the hassle.

    Hey there, Fenggou. I checked on your order and payment and since then it has already been accepted by our system. Apologies for the delay, it usually takes more than 60 minutes because our team has to do impromptu checks in order to improve our security check ups on orders, and also because it always usually waits for a reply from the user. The only thing needed to process the order is for your seller to provide the account to us for our security inspection. Sorry for the inconvenience on this.

    Hello Oranos. I'm sorry about what happened to your account purchase; this sounds stressful. I checked on our Zendesk system for your ticket, and to clarify what Catherine (our agent) said to you, we require evidence from Jagex where they state clearly that the account was reclaimed by the previous owner by stating a change in the email or information on the account. Please check the 5th item in our FAQ regarding this:

    Once you are able establish this, rest assured that your refund will be procured either from the seller (willingly provides it or we have to take it from their pending disbursements by force) or without that, straight up refund from us, because you purchased insurance for this. As I've said though, it needs to be proven first.

    @PlayerAuctions How much longer does it take to complete that transaction? If there is another countdown it is not appearing on my account, it just says "Queued for immediate processing" just the same as before. And also I've contacted paypal again just a few minutes ago, and not just by email, I called their customer service and they once more assured me that everything is fine with my account. So my paypal account is sorted out.
