    Today was my 3rd windows CLEAN format,after the format still getting captcha on playerauction site and some other forum sites.
    I tried to write wrong password on the PA site and still get the same message 1 hour to wait , wait several hours and then i was like to try something new typing 1 letter in the username and pressing enter without even a single letter in password section still getting 1 hour wait message ,dafuq this not even recognizing wrong passwords just giving me this message i cant get it.When i try to press login withou a single word in username and password only then gives me fill the collumns or something like that.THATS IT
    GG life keeps going im DONE.

    i buyed 2x black desert silver and i alrdy payed for it. A few hours later i woke up and my playerauctions account was locked.... (Your account has been temporarily locked. Please try again later) now i cant talk with the seller or check the status. No Reaction from the support yet.

    @pucval:
    That's one of the things our IT did as well, they tried to put incorrect passwords on different test accounts and yours on top of using the correct pass but they didn't see anything wrong. You did mention that you're getting a captcha on different websites as well so it could be something with your ISP or connection since you've already reformatted your PC several times. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, and I'd like to thank you for being extremely patient in trying to bring your business to us.

    Hello there. As per checking, your account committed an offense, and for security reasons and your privacy, I advise you to please email [email protected]. They are the team directly handling suspension cases and they'll let you know what offense was committed and what options you have should you wish for your account to be reinstated --- depending on the severity, it could either be reinstated or permanently suspended.

    This is a very serious matter, I will take legal action against the seller if needed. Order No: 3200051

    Recently, I've purchased an account (OSRS - Runescape 2007) for $200 USD (with 1-year insurance) on PlayerAuctions.com. The seller delivered on 18th September 2017 and the account had no problems. I changed the password, and email to my own, he also provided me with the recovery details.

    Afterwards, I've transferred all my in-game wealth from my old account to the newly bought one. The in-game wealth is worth over 1 billion OSRS coins (which almost translate to over $1500 USD in the real world), which is, unfortunately, an unwise move by me.

    After 3 short days of playing, up to today (22 September 2017), the seller sent a recovery request to the game developers (Jagex) claiming the account was stolen. I was immediately locked out of the account. Then he proceeded to change the account's email, and password.

    I tried to recover the account myself with the details he provided, and of course, that didn't work, because all of the information is fake.

    During the 3 days of gameplay, I was extremely careful with my behavior, I did not bot, nor swear, kept very little interaction with other in-game players and only played on secured servers. I was very aware not to do anything in-game to result in myself being hacked, or banned.

    Furthermore, when I confronted the seller through PA messaging today, he told me it was a "dog eat dog world" and he decided to "change his mind about quitting", which I assume, he admits that he has taken the account back without authority or consultation.

    As a buyer, I would say this is an extremely unpleasant and tragic experience for me. I do not know what I have done to deserve this, I was very polite to the seller when I purchased the account, I treated him with respect, and yet he betrayed me.

    I tried to claim the account on PlayerAuctions to get a compensation since I've bought insurance. However, after still no reply. I've tried sending emails to them, describing fully about the situation. But they didn't even send a reply.

    After a few days, A staff called "Jacqueline" replied and said they do not have enough evidence that the account is recovered by the seller, DESPITE SENDING THEM A SCREENSHOT OF THE SELLER EXPLICITLY SAYING HE DECIDED TO "CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT QUITTING" and that they will close the case if no further evidence is provided.

    This is why you should never use PlayerAuctions.com, they are a bunch of scammers, and moreover, they are the cancer of the gaming community since they create a platform for scammers to take money from legitimate buyers.

As for that order, I'm sorry our agents had to freeze the payment temporarily because your buyer on order 3193667 filed a dispute with us. For now, kindly contact your buyer for order 3193667 using the on-site messenger at PlayerAuctions and once things are ok from his end, have him confirm that using the on-site messenger and on his order page under My Account at the PlayerAuctions website.     It seems that the problem concern an another order so why taking the money from my other buyer in hostage?

    Look like the russian mafia ahah, btw according to the law of my country you can't held a paiment like that, I will talk about that with your support team but if they don't want to paid me today I take my money in a other way

    ya I signed up...haven't made a single transaction and they tried telling me that I did but off their site and tried to fine me for that bullshit claim....they are full of shit and your better off going to someone who's actually legit

    Need help with order 3229774. I sent in goverment ID, photo of me with my ID + Confirmation email and the compliance team won't confirm my order until the name on my playerauction account is changed to my legal name. I tried contacting the trust team to do this change but I get an error when I email them.

    Hello again. Yes, I remember the case. :) I checked on our ticketing system and it looks like case 3193667 isn't sorted out yet. This is the order ID that needs to be resolved. Our agents have already asked the buyer for proof that you reclaimed the account, but so far he hasn't provided anything yet. If it continues, we will have to close the case in your favor, and your payment can be queued again. The buyer was notified this morning so it should be 72 hours from now for his grace period.

    No problem, thank you. I sent in documents to the trust team + compliance team but every time I email trust team google gives me some error. Do you think it will be possible to have the name change today? The seller has been waiting 1 day, and I'm not to sure if he will wait any longer. I have already verified the purchase, just the name change is holding me back.
