    Anyone else having issues with disbursements? I haven't received a bank transfer payment in over 2 weeks. Almost $1,700 stuck for 2 weeks.

    seller i bought an account from that i actually discussed on this thread a year ago is finally trying to reclaim the account, but ended up getting it locked. anything you guys can do?

    Hi Zeroagainst. The transaction happened last December 28, 2021 - I'm sorry but the after-sale protection has long ended. The order is no longer eligible for a refund.

    If something happened to the account and you are able to acquire proof, you may still email us at [email protected] about this - while we're not able to issue a refund, if we receive sufficient evidence about something the seller may have done, we can perform an investigation into their activities.

    Hello playerauction team. I'm here for a friend to report an market manipulation.

    The fact that happened is that my friend recently started doing a powerleveling service through playerauction and a possible competitor hired her service and after the service was done, he left negative feedback, claiming that the account was banned for botting.

    The service in question was a fire cape and she has the FULL video of the service done on hand,, showing the date, order and many other relevant things. My friend contacted support via ticket and they said they couldn't do anything.

    As she is new to the platform, this false negative feedback will compromise her business. I humbly ask that you re-analyze the case. I have in my hands the proof that she sent me, of all the work being done by hand.

    As I reported, the video shows the conversation between the two at playerauction. the video show the login that the customer had to him and many others important things.

    Hi Aires. Thank you for explaining your friend's predicament. The buyer wrote his own take of what happened and this is what the feedback is for. However, if you can prove to our team that the ban happened due to the buyer for this particular transaction, then we could review removing the feedback. Without proof, I'm afraid it needs to stay so we can respect the integrity of the feedback system.

    I have the complete video that she sent me, showing her doing the job, logging into his account. showing the conversation log between him and her. The video was uploaded to YouTube because it lasts almost 50 minutes.
    What more evidence is needed? If you could clarify further please.

    At the beginning of the video it shows the conversation between the two. She entered Runelite with the login that was given by the buyer in the chat. It also shows the entire cape being on handmade in the video...
    It's very unfair what's happening to her.

    I would like to hear a comment on Dispute #240876
    A new buyer bought the account, changed the password, opened a dispute and without providing any proof got his 200 dollars back.

    I have been selling on this site since 2019 and have provided proof through server replays that the person who played after the purchase and the person who plays now is the same person.
    I also got a $20 penaltie which I can't pay because transfers from Russia are blocked now. And now I can't sell accounts. How can we solve this problem?

    I think such cases should be discussed publicly so that other sellers know what problems may arise.

    Okay. Playerauctions is a big system and errors in the work of the commission are inevitable.

    Now I have two offers active at 120$ and 140$(but they hidden because of penalty), can you deactivate penalty - 20$ and get them after selling the accounts?

    Sorry, I'm afraid we can't do that due to policy. Fees have to be paid for; we can meet you halfway and deduct that from existing disbursements if there are any but there's currently none that I can withdraw them from.

    You may choose to pay them by Monday since we cannot lift offer restrictions during the weekends, it can be taken care of in the soonest by Monday.

    Okay. Actual commission playerauctions gifted my account for $200 to a random person after which froze my account. "Not a bad" service. I'll think about how I can pay the penalty in this situation. Thanks

    Hello, greetings, my name is Khalifa_R23- ID: 1604895, I recently had my PA account banned with 1836$, when I contacted support they told me that for the security of your company I could not report the reason for suspending my account. I would like to ask for your support so that you can help me. I always sold gold and runescape accounts, within 603 sales I had 4/5 complaints and now losing my account in such a way without reason, without warnings, so it seemed that by some decision of their own they removed my account, leaving my balance completely blocked without no warning or justification. Please help me, know that all the disputes you had were resolved with the buyer, I have never left any customer behind as I have always used the site in a very professional way.

    I didn't quite understand, because I always resold my accounts with the greatest care in the world. and I would like to know what I can do to redeem myself if this actually happened, but I tell you that I didn't do that, just tell me who the customer was who felt harmed so that I can return it or reimburse it with another account, just give me an opportunity to prove my innocence, I have always worked on your website honestly and correctly, my reputations prove this.     The account that was resold and the cause for your suspension was an account you sold some time ago at PlayerAuctions, then you resold it again to a different customer at PlayerAuctions again.

    I'm sorry I cannot provide info about this, but we also understand you'd like to explain your side: you may do that by emailing our team at [email protected] - if they are able to verify a concrete explanation as to what happened and no fault is found, they may review your account. I'm sorry but I do not handle this; the most we can do on Sythe is direct you on what to do, and the rest will be taken care of by our team.
