    I understand, I have a good explanation for this, because the accounts that are sold in the new mode, they are through the jagex launcher which is a new update of the game, I was simply registering other accounts in the same personal email that I use to sell, that's not it means that I was selling the same account, because in this new update it is possible to change the email address to enter the account since when I make the sale the character is transferred to the customer's email, then my email is free again so that I can put new accounts. You can observe that I always used the same email to sell several different accounts, and the same account was never sold twice, and then analyze the photos that were posted, if it was really for this reason that I did nothing wrong, In this case, the site should give evidence on Runescape updates, since it is currently working like this with the Jagex Launcher.

    I found it, this site talks everything about creating accounts, and how it works, I really hope you help me, I can't be punished for something that the game made available and you understood it as if I was scamming customers, please be fair with me and help me please

    I ask that you please help me in some way, I see that I will lose my account due to a misunderstanding of your company, whenever I talk to them on chat they don't pay me any attention or make an effort to help me, no matter how much I tell them a good dialogue with links and evidence, please help me guys.

    Hi Chernobyll, thank you for the detailed explanations and for taking the time to write them down.

    I apologize about this but I do not handle disputes, nor can I speak on behalf of users like you. These has to be sent directly to our team; please do so, so they can review what happened. We understand the new Jagex launcher presents several different situations/arrangements and our team can review that.

    This is why I asked you in my earlier reply to contact them directly. I know you are asking for help — what I can do is let them know about this once you have reached out to them. Kindly write back the ticket number and I will bring it forward to them. Thanks in advance.

    We are not closing our doors on this and you may contact them, I'm afraid it's just not our process for me to receive statements/explanations/proof via forums, send them to the team on their behalf, and have the situation resolved. It has to be sent by the user themselves directly to our team, and that's where it will be discussed and reviewed as well.

I was able to check and you were able to make a clear explanation that you simply reused the email accounts and that the game accounts are still different. I will bring this up to the team and ask them for an immediate follow up.

    Please note, however, that tickets like these are queued and especially for this case, they may require time to investigate several orders/offers so we may not be able to send a reply or resolution right away. I will make sure though that they look into this, rest assured.

    Hi again, Chernobyll. Upon closer inspection, our team found that you did indeed resell an account. I understand you were explaining to us that you simply reused email addresses to transfer the game account to the buyer's email, but we have firm findings that it was the same game user account (not email) that was resold on an order — it was also reported by buyers.

    Under these circumstances, I'm sorry but I no longer have any updates. We've explored all angles on this but there was really no other way about what we found in the investigation which also matches with buyer reports.

    it doesn't make sense, I've never resold accounts twice, it doesn't make sense, but from what I've seen there's no point in explaining anything anymore, playerauctions is simply banning me and doesn't even say anything about the release of my money, it's very unfair of you to simply ignore all my work and disappear with my $1900 that I had available to withdraw, is there anything you can help me with at least in this matter? What is related to my money?

    I can assist you with submitting a dispute with the American Arbitration Association if you want to take the legal route to get your money back if you feel you are owed it. You do not need a Lawyer to represent you, and PlayerAuctions has to pay most of the fees because you are a consumer. The cost is $225 but PlayerAuctions has to fork over at least $600+ just to start the process, not including their lawyer fees and additional arbitration costs.

    I believe PlayerAuctions actions were incorrect, and I have had to resort to filing similar disputes. I have first hand experience with navigating the legal options available to you and am more than willing to help because my suspension from their website is still in place so its not like they can do anything more to me for helping others take them to court over debts they feel are owed. $1,900 is alot of money to be held indefinitely while your account has been sold and effectively stolen.

    Hi i am interested in selling my account and already have an offer, but I'm concerned about them doing a chargeback. Is there a certain way to prevent this? Like a specific way to transfer the money or anything? Im really unexperienced with selling stuff so I'd appreciate any advice I could get.
