I've asked for a fair verdict regardless of again what you think, you have just said above that I'm trying to "potentially scam you" which is false. You paid in to something in a different currency than required, based on merit of our now ex friendship, that isn't hard to understand or figure out based on the information

I paid $190 for his deposit to get a role as we all agreed on. no GP conversion was agreed on, I paid $190 he gets the role to work. Simple.

when you pay a bond for a house, say $1,000 they dont say well the house dropped 10% value we will only give you $900. it's a static amount agreed on both parties to cover any damages. Once the lease is over the full amount is paid back. exactly the same

Again, you paid for a 500m deposit for your friend, that 500m is due to be returned after the cooldown

I don't mind something coming out of "my wallet" as it wasn't exactly in my wallet to begin with as such, it's stored to one side lmao. After looking over chat logs before and at the time of payment, nowhere does buffed say normally he doesn’t accept btc as payment for a rank as a worker. He only mentioned that when I started asking for my deposit back (which has been a few months mind you, but was giving worker benefit of the doubt he might return to continue work which he didn’t )

nowhere did we hassle him to let us pay in btc. We asked if he could accept btc and he accepted (as shown in the ticket picture where his reference of 190 was his idea and in fact the first price he offered.)

nowhere did he claim that paying btc would be transferred to gp.

nowhere did he claim that he’s making an exception for us. I don’t see what he does with other people buying a rank. He asked for if we had funds and Saul said btc and Buffed accepted and gave a price in btc? Did he have to accept Saul? No.
Could he have asked us to buy gp like everyone else if it’s so important? Yes.

So to touch base with what you asked, to begin there isn't a transcript anymore so both of us have scraped together what we could due to this, which neither party is able to access the full chat logs (as far as i'm aware)

- It was basically stemmed from him coming to me demanding a deposit refund without waiting the cooldown, and without me having clear confirmation from the friend who I originally had the contract with (he paid the friends deposit, just to confirm this*)

- We was as shown in the pictures that will be presented below, asked to take BTC via "an exception because we're friends" (as confirmed by Ben himself also, as he said this on the same day give or take I made this dispute too) of which was to cover the 500M. Now the main argument on agreeing vs disagreeing is the fact of the value of the 500M has now decreased

Screenshot below is confirming from the actual worker (the friend who applied, and was shown in the opening post agreed to our tos etc as well*) that the original payment was to cover 500M 07 GP, of which was in fact covered pretty much 1-2 days after paying and he was ranked and put straight into the work of his choice



Below here is the current debate we have, he isn't happy to take the current pricce of things despite it not being something we can control. He has also mentioned in one of his posts that I should have given Saul a 1B deposit now if that was the case instead of 500, because gp went down in price which is again out of our hands

You will also see some blackmail below, because he tried extorting me also further funds than the 500M he paid into for his friend that we had to cover the GP on our end based off him not wanting to deal with that payment type









- It's a clear case of what he feels it's worth vs what it actually is currently worth. Overall they paid a 500M deposit, still have a 500M deposit waiting for them at the end of the day (or Saul does* should I say, as I did say to Ben on multiple occasions I didn't know what their agreement was between the two of them)

 

Also i'll leave this here @Pirate him confirming himself the payment was for a 500M+ role, not a specific BTC payment, and we obviously have Saul confirming exactly the same above

From what we knew, Saul originally worked on the guys account, didn't have funds to meet deposit, and Ben wished to pay it for him in BTC as he didn't want to use GP we said that's fine as a one off exception and both other parties (Saul+Ben) have also confirmed this to be true

the cooldown has already started, Saul was demoted on the 4'th in the end as I had to AFK dealing with personal issues

 

- I paid a $190 deposit which was the amount that buffed came to agreement for when Saul told him he could pay in btc. Again buffed didn’t have to accept btc. And we didn’t hassle him to pay in btc.

- Saul has gone inactive due to other IRL commitments. And working a new job.

- we all made agreement that payment would get sent back to ORIGINAL location. (I.e my btc wallet)
He never said “this btc would be traded at the rate of 500m” only “you will get this role for $190 btc.

I’m currently at work but all this information can be found through the posted images on my post where I sent like 20 images it’s not biased and only information that is relevant to the situation.
