@Menk I think that it's a reasonable offer. Yes, you did some minor edits, but Izad is selling his banners for approximately double the price. Would you please pay that 240m to Izad and remove the banner from your thread and Discord?

@Menk you used the same composition, which is something that presumably Izad had to design.
You indeed bought the files, but they were meant to be for personal use only.
I understand that this wasn't directly stated, but to quote Jason: "...absence of a license still means default copyright laws apply..."
(I'll have to ask @Izad here to make sure that it's clearly stated in the future).

@Menk what you did was highly unethical and against the sythe rules.
As explained on Discord, the DNT will be lifted, so that you won't have to request a pardon, but you must still take the punishment for plagiarism.

Regarding the section rules:

It was right from you to compensate Izad and make sure that your customers (ER, EZ RSPS and Chubs Gold) are allowed to use their banners.
We'll be lenient here and the forum ban (GFX forum), won't be permanent, despite the severity of the offense.
You will be forum banned from GFX Market for 3 months, starting today.

You are free to dispute the decision, should you wish to do so, however, this report was discussed between multiple staff members and I think it's very reasonable.
