Hi there, I just saw this report.

This is not plagiarism and I am not menk, and I am not sure what is your last question about.
I have conversation with my customer.If designers are not allowed to use same effects
that are found on google, Ae tranisitions,RTFX effect pack with loads of fire,enegry etc. effects
then it is plagiarism.And from what i have seen 70% designers are making literally
same work.Everyone use same tranisitions plugins, same RTFX pack.

On the banner that Izad has showed is being used:

Light Sweep CC AE effect,text movement,firespark background,
on left side small blue line with saber ae plugin,
RTFX energy blue kinda storm effect, chromatic zoom shake transitions.

- RTFX pack can be downloaded free and easy imported in after effects.
- Chomatic share tranistions can be downloanded easy from "Transitions pack".
- Saber effect plugin can be downloaded free as well in 3minutes, 90% designers use it.
- firespark effect can be found on google for free by typing "firespark gif"

I have used the same effects that all other designers on sythe use.
Why am i being now only proclaimed? Why don't you report all designers from graphic section for using same effects?
Because, we are allowed to use same effects/transitions.

Blackbasses I see that you are a moderator here.It's really weird that you
ask me if this is plagiarism.Izad reports me for something that is not plagiarism + in report scammer section and in report says it's report for violation not scam.

RULE OF "REPORT A SCAMMER" hasn't been observed at all as well.

- No screenshot proof
- there is violation topic and in report says "I am being reported for violation"
but report is in scammer section??? and "GLOBAL MODERATOR" doesn't react on this????

It's so obvious it's not any plagiarism,on sythe are like 15-20 designers, check their threads every
single designer is using same effects.Blackbasses who has solved loads of more complex reports,
asks me if this is plagiarism + gives DNT + allows Izad to put violation report in
report scammer section + he can't recognize if this report should be in scammer or report violation secition
if on top says its violation)?

Blackbasses if you can't recognize this. There are 2 options:

1. You are not trained enough to be able to handle reports.
2. There exists kind of cooperation between you and Izad.

Izad: - he hasn't complied with the report scammer rules
- he has made report in scammer section and he is reporting violation
and there is "Report a Violation" section
- everyone can go now here: How to Report a Scammer - Report Templates and just
check how many report templates rules has Izad broken.
- Izad has connected my name with banned user: Menk without any proof as well
(Mod can easy check my ip and see that i am not Menk)

Blackbasses: - he is global mod and he should have removed report and asked Izad
to put it in right section.
- Izad has made report in scammer section by breaking rules of "report a scammer template"
and blackbasses didn't react on this. (he didn't put any proof of scam/screenshot)
- Blackbasses has seen that report is about violation, he could not recognize it.
- Blackbasses asked me if it's plagiarism and all designers use same transitions, effects
and this can be easy checked by checking threads of designers in graphic marketplace section.
- If blackbasses is not enough familiar that designers use same effects, he should have asked
other moderators or competent persons for advice, before posting.

Whoever made rule for plagiarism on sythe, should either update these rules or follow them.

Meaning of word plagiarism: taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own.
Since every single designer uses same effects,transitions etc, everyone use same ideas of someone who
has started using them first and passing them off as own.

Someone on sythe from designers probably got first idea to take AE plugins/effects pack and use them for design.
All others copied him.By following these sythe rules.In graphic market place should be only 1 designer who
got first on this idea and all other designers should be banned for copying his idea (plagiarism) and whoever tries to use things
that first guy started using should be banned. THIS IS MEAING OF PLAGIARISM that is in sythe rules.

Looks at your IP Audits. You clearly use a VPN. You're actually trying to outsmart everyone with a VPN? It's 2021.

First off, please stop referring to "everyone". Legit all designer on here creates unique work except you.

The issue is not, and has never been, that you use the same effects. The issue here is that you replicate the compositions to an extent that it's no longer original work. We have all seen how broken Menk's banners look when he has used my project files to produce banners. It's because he doesn't know how to work with my timeline, which isn't that weird because he isn't familiar with how I structure my compositions. What is weird, on the other hand, is that you claim to have created your banners from scratch when your banners look incredibly similar and possess the same broken and ill-timed transitions.

You also have the same broken English and have the same style of writing as Menk. Not to mention the fact that you both try to shift blame onto me:

Izad should be punishment for making dispute without any proof.If anyone can make dispute without proof this forum can't be tenable since everyone could keep disputing each other daily without proofs and try to belittle integrity.

0 evidience for cloning sythe by moderators as well, no1 of them showed any evidience and their decision to ban me is questionable.

I'm going to address only one point - I asked if this was a plagiarism, because if you are not plagiarizing Menk's work, then you are Menk (2nd question), or you bought Menk's project files (3rd question).

It is allowed to use the same effects and tools, but I find it evident that the same project files were used.

@Awaisy @Izad here is the ruling:

Based on Izad's previous report, this report and the evidence I posted above I came to the conclusion that one of the following options is most likely true:

Awaisy is Menk

Awaisy is advertising on Menk's behalf, abusing the rules

Awaisy bought multiple project files from Menk, of which at least one project file (the banner in the OP) is Izad's asset and Menk had no right to use it for a commercial purposes.

I'm going to rule based on the information I have and assume that the simplest answer is the correct one - Awaisy is Menk.

Menk is permanently banned and we don't want him on sythe even as a DNT user, therefore I'm going to permanetnly ban Awaisy too.

Note: I said 'most likely' because I can imagine other possible (but not plausible) scenarios, that I'm not going to publicly list, as they could potentially hurt business of other GFX artists, while being completely false.

Awaisy, you can do the following:

if you are Menk - Request a Pardon for: your previous offense, ban evasion, market manipulation (multiple active threads) and continuous unrightful use of Izad's assets

if you are advertising on Menk's behalf - Request a Pardon and be sure to provide evidence that would support this story (agreement, chat logs)

if you bought Menk's project files - Dispute a Ban, DNT or TWC and be sure to provide evidence that would support this story (agreement, chat logs)

Other: if I'm totally wrong - Dispute a Ban, DNT or TWC and explain how am I wrong

Izad if you notice that someone is using a GFX that was produced by unrightful use of your project files, please try to resolve it with them now, either by contacting them in private, or by opening a public report.

Awaisy's customers who bought a GFX from Awaisy, that was produced by unrightful use Izad's project files are free to open a report and demand a full refund.
