Someone stealing my work...

Let me explain this short:

I went to some guy on rune-server for rsps services, he does have a sythe account here and confirmed it on pm a while ago.

He refused to take my order, and five minutes later he said yes I can do that.
this looked very sketchy, but he delivered good work in the past so I gave him my files.
After giving my files he never replyd to me anymore about the order.

I think he is stealing my own work and I request proof of him deleting my files on his computer.
