Ultimate purpose is to enjoy it to the fullest, every last damn second of it.
If you have a shitty day, cheer up, tomorrow could and will be better. Somehow, one way or another. It always gets better. Always.

    Life has no logical purpose

If it had been disproved, it would not still be taught in universities across the globe. Please, check your facts.

There is nothing greater than life, except perhaps a man's legacy. "Purpose" itself is a man made concept and has no outward effect on the universe at large. Your purpose in life can be anything you want it to be, even nothing - it is only an ideal, not something physical/tangible. I think you're over analyzing it. It's a product of the human mind/consciousness, it gives us a reason to live thinking that we are fulfilling our "purpose".. does that mean in the grand scheme of things it actually makes a difference? No, but it gives us solace/motivation. Nothing more to it.

    Life has no logical purpose

    Who told you that?
Also widely accepted means nothing in terms of validity.

Your begging the question. First you must prove there is a purpose in/for life, and that it is greater than life itself.
Existence always existed, under current laws of conservation of matter, matter cannot be created nor destroyed.

    Logic is absolute.

Existence cannot be created, as it is a contradiction to say otherwise.
Any proven 'matters' that are greater than humanity itself?

Don't make assumptions for other people, you cannot assume that someone else is not sure of their own purose in life.

You're thinking personally still. This topic is about what can be logically proved or no proved. Not opinion.

Logic differs from person to person to SOME extent. The universe was created out of "Nothing" so how can you say nothing can't create something. Unless "something" has always been around.

I hate to say this because it contradicts my usual rational, fact bearing, logical approach to nearly everything - but purpose is a concept, nothing more, and does not have to be proven logically for it to exist. I'd like to point out that this only applies to concepts or ideals, so I'm not trying to assert that something such as God requires no evidence. My point is, for example let's look at an ideology such as communism. You have no tangible/physical proof of it's existence, but you know what it is. The same 'logic' can be applied to something such as purpose.

So what if there is no 'logical' purpose to life? Why must there be one?

    Life has no logical purpose

In the bigger picture there isnt a Purpose, but on a human level there is. and our primal instinct tell us to have children protect them feed them witch i see as a "purpose"

There is no god, there is nothing supernatural about this universe/everything, we are Nothing in the big picture, people who think we are special in any way are wrong. if the universe is never expanding there is more then 99.9% of a chance u sitting another place doing the exact same thing ur doing right now another place in the universe. everything u can think of exists and everything u cant think of exists in the universe.

BOOM :p think to much about this and ul end up in a mental hospital. even trying to figure out the universe will make ur head feel Empty, give it a shot.

    Life has no logical purpose

Nope, there are people who don't want their life and choose to end it.

The meaning and possible purpose of life is to die, simple as that. It is the one thing we share completely. Nothing else is as absolute, making the one collective meaning to life to be, dying.

That is not a 'purpose' of life; that is an effect of life.

    Life has no logical purpose

It's not an effect it's an inevitability. To call it an effect is to imply it has a cause to say it has a cause is to say that it can either happen or not happen. Since the cause would be life then this question wouldn't come up if it didn't happen making it an inevitability.

Either way, just because it's inevitable does not make it impossible to be the purpose of life especially if it is the best fit answer. Why would an event at the end of somethings lifespan not be it's purpose? Especially if it's the ONE thing this group shares collectively?

Why would it be the purpose? Appeal to ignorance. Death is simply an event that is caused by life. Without life, death would not be possible.

If the purpose of life is to die then why have life atall?

No, you are looking at the two as if they were two disconnected entities when in reality they are entwined with one another. As you stated, without life death would not be possible, but within that same idea comes the the thought that without death life cannot be possible. This is because death is what life leads to, this is it's purpose to get from point A to point B.

Everyone throughout their lives are looking for something but this is pointless for finding the purpose to life because individually our seperate paths mean nothing to each other, they are irrelevant. However when we come to the concept of death and dying then we realize that this is where we all are connected. Through the inevitability of death we all share a common destination. Whether our reasoning for reaching this "clearing at the end of the path" are different (religion, atheism, suicide, etc etc) we all still meet at it.

Now I said it's the collective purpose to life, what I spoke before about different paths is your own personal meaning to life, the one by which you follow. Death explains the purpose of life in a basic way, from beginning and the end. Your personal meaning fills in the gaps between the two.

You're confusing purpose of life(existence) with the purpose of human's lives. Yes everyone with life share a common end to their life (death), but you still have not proven that death is the importance of life.

Why can't this "Higher Being" simply have always existed? It may be hard for us to fathom, but, since it is a High Power, and can create life and manipulate the universe, why wouldn't it be possible for it to have always been there?
