start smoking weed or start vaping, I used to smoke a lot of cigs till I started smoking weed and realized that weed is SO MUCH BETTER and vaping is also ok

 

Teasing yourself is a horrible idea unless you have strong self-will. I tried quitting smoking 2 weeks ago and I picked a cigarette later that night after seeing my friend smoke.

I'm trying again and am 2 days in without smoking. Nicotine patches helps loads so I definitely suggest that to people who have difficulty quitting cold turkey.

Overall, I find this a decent guide. I liked the tip to drink water whenever you have cravings. Thanks for this.

I've smoked for 10 years most I've quit was about two weeks, stress usually makes me break and start back, Smoking weed helps but it also makes me want one, so does my smoking co-workers -.- It is a pleasant pain lol.

Teasing is the worst way. Best way to stop is just to stop fullstop, BELIEVE that you have stopped and will never smoke again.

for anyone trying to quit smoking this book is a great read It sure helped my process of quitting smoked for 6 years over a pack a day for most of those years. It really is very easy not going to lie and i was soo fucking addicted. Putting down the first smoke was the hardest.

Read this book it can't hurt!

This is great if your also looking to go cold turkey going to a sauna for 3 straight days is a way to sweat out all the nicotine out of your blood and to ease the craving of smoking

if you want to quit smoking, smoke raw tobacco rolled in zig zags. it is so harsh it will make you cry.
