Just read Alan Carr's book on how to quit smoking the easy way! Helped me, I don't smoke nor do I want to smoke. Not a bad guide nontheless

 

Average guide, more work could be put into it but still may be helpful for some people.

LOL Epic fail guide ^^ Just sais stop smoking and go out <3 LOL I have smoked last 8 years of my life, I tried a few times but horribleness I Failed horrible, now im a chain smoker lol.

Yea, this guide really works. Although this is rare, I really did smoke ONE cigarette and stop. Although I tried to take another one, I burned myself on purpose to prevent that cigarette into getting in my mouth and become a Smoking Addict

 

Ah, it is A LOT easier said than done.
I'm now 16 and I still smoke, I started when I was 13 unfortunately. I tried my first cig when I was infront of a load of friends, to look 'hard', and didn't like it, but still I continued to smoke it as I didn't want to feel left out.
Now 3 years down the line I feel like a twat, and wish I never smoked my first one.
I always say to myself 'ahh, this will be my last pouch of tobacco I'm buying EVER', then a few hours later I go out and buy another packet..
One day I hope to succeed. It's the same with cannabis unfortunately.

Man, chew tastes like horse shit well, coppenhaggen does I tried like 1/4th of a grams it's shit. Used to smoke like 3-15 cigs a day.

Hah, I never got addicted.. But I think I'm addicted to shrooms now.. Btw I'm 12 ^^ 7/10.
