How many hours do you sleep every night?

5-6 any day

 

Usually 8-10. Sleeping is a lot of fun.

 

6-9 hours daily. I love getting 9 hours of sleep.

 

6-8 generally.

 

6-8 usually, it's very hard for me to sleep in anymore.

 

6-7 hours does all depend on what time in work the next day!

Anywhere from 6-9 usually.
Weekends usually comes an all nighter, so it needs to be balanced out. haha.

 

I have mates that stay up till 6 on their xbox and get up at 8, I'm the total other end of the spectrum. Bed between 11-1 usually and up about 7-8. So average about 8 hours sleep?

 

I sleep about 8-11~ Hours :/

 

I sleep between 12-4am until 9-1pm

 

weekdays 6-7hours
weekend 15 hours (accumulating nap times )

 

This will sound crazy but like 3-4 hours in the week and sleep like crazy on the weekends unless I go to the track on Sunday.

I believe my mind is hyperactive because I find it really hard to get to sleep. When I lay down my mind starts going crazy about previous situations and whether I did the right thing etc...

 

8-9 depending on the day, I'm a slob XD in the summer its more like 12-14 :3

 

The most sleep i've every gotten this year would probably be around 10 hours. On an average it's probably around 6-8 hours.

 

However long my girlfriend lets me

 

Because if it was up to you, you'd be asleep for 12+ hours daily....
I only sleep for 7 - 9 hours.

 

school is from 9-7 weekends from 6am-6:15 am
