ITT mostly kids with no jobs. I used to stay up a lot too when I lacked responsibility and or used hard drugs.

    Move out, that'll fix it.

    Staying up all night?

My sleep schedule varies, but I usually go to bed around 4-6 am and wake up somewhere around 11am-1pm (that is if I am not working that morning).

    Staying up all night?

Early high school years i would stay up for days at a time until i would get too paranoid around in public or i would slightly hallucinate.. But it was all because of how involved i was with drugs and selling them. Money never stopped calling if i was up 24/7.. now i realize perhaps it was a bit foolish and i plan to start my senior year with a refreshed mind going to sleep on a schedule as already it has effects on me.. Anxiety, paranoia, stress, daily nightmares.. it all adds up. Sleep is very important in our developing minds and you will most definitely thank yourself later for putting it at rest every night.
