How many hours do you sleep every night?

Anywhere from 4-8 hours. Depends on what I have to do and if I'm exhausted.

 

6 on a work day, 10 on a weekend.

 

Used to 5, now 10-12 . Damn i hate summers, making my body fail all the way. Can't control my body, and as you know, when you sleep more then 8 hours it makes a poison affect and makes it more harder to get up sadly...

I hate sleeping, i really do, but i have to. Such a shame

 

Usually around 6 hours during school time and 8-10 hours on weekends

 

I always sleep a prefect 8 hours, unless someone forcely wakes me up.

 

Well i mostly go to bed at Midnight and then wake up at 5:00 to start my usual morning schedule, sometimes for weekends when I'm out with my friends drinking we usually don't go to bed.

 

I sleep about 6-7 hours a night on the weekday, 9-10 on Sunday.

 

between 5 and 8 hours depending on how organised and in routine I am.

 

Usually 5-7 hours during week though lately ive been running more like 3-5 lately

7-9 on weekends. I keep working odd hours so it fucks it up.

Right now sitting around 5-6. Would really like to bump it up more to 8 but with work being busy it's difficult to get that sleep in.
