How many hours do you sleep every night?

All my classes are late this semester so I luckily get 8 hours during the week and then somehow manage to sleep 9-12 hours on weekends.

 

Most days I get 5-7 hours of sleep and 8-9 if I'm sleeping in.

 

Still waiting for school to get out...
Then I can go from 6 hours/day to 8+ hours/day

 

Usually around 5-8, if its past 5:00 am and i wake up..thats it, no going back to sleep . Only napped twice in 4 years, and once was when sick. :/

 

Generally between 7-9. I don't like getting less than 8, but my body usually puts me in for a good 7 hours at least if I sleep in (get home at 3 am, wake up at 10). During the week I always do a lot of physical activity so I'm exhausted enough by 10pm before I have to wake up at 6 (8 hours) but I may go to sleep earlier for that lovely 9 .

 

7-10 hours on weekdays and 7-12 hours on weekends. My sleep on the weekends depends on how wild my night was haha

 

10 on the weekends and about 5-6 during the work week.

althought when i sleep 11 i feel like shit the whole day haha idk why

I sleep about 9 hours every morning lol, I usually don't sleep till the morning.

 

I always aim for 7+ hours because I want to stay healthy :3

7 on average whilst attending school, if i sleep through my alarm i can sleep for aggggggges. :< slept for 15 and a half hours the other day, night before that 12.
