    Staying up all night?

My sleep schedule is pretty bad. I go to sleep at 2-4 AM and wake up at 10 AM. I plan on fixing my schedule once summer break ends.

    Staying up all night?

I have a really messed up routine, I tend to go to bed at like 6-9pm and wake anywhere from midnight to 3am. It sounds weird but feels really good getting up so early and having so much time. Next time its around 7-9pm for you, just go straight to sleep, don't think, don't even consider it, just do it. It'll be worth it trust me.

    Staying up all night?

It's not too bad right now, I've had worse days. Right now it's anywhere from 1-3AM. It's improved since I've started hitting the gym again. There were days where I'd lose track of time and the sun would remind me that I should go to bed.

    Staying up all night?

My schedule is an absolute nightmare to contend with.

Monday through Friday I work from 9AM on my business, then from 4PM to about 12AM I work as a welding inspector/radiographer. Then from 12AM until about 3AM I work on my business again.

Saturday / Sunday I go to bed a little earlier and spend from 9am-7PM with the family then afterwards work on the business.

I don't actually think it would be possible for me to change my body-clock any more.

    ---

In the past, when I was really into gaming I could stay up all weekend from Friday night to Sunday night playing games etc, though it's not good for you. It's some of the best times I've had haha.

    Staying up all night?

I'd do the whole up-at-8am thing if I were a morning person, but fact is I'm just not. I try to not stay up past 2am and not wake up past noon, but sometimes it'll be like 4am and up at 1pm. During school it gets a bit more reasonable, usually 12-1am latest and up anywhere between 7am and 10am.

You have same sleeping "schedules" than me. It's just a little bit harder because i went to sleep at 2-3 for ~3 months in a row and soon i have to stop it

    Staying up all night?

Mine's probably the most worse, awake for 48hrs +, revising/studying/house work/cooking/outside/few hours here and there on sythe, depending if discussion is interesting..
then 12 hours sleep. For some reasons I can't shake off this pattern, and I hate it.

    Staying up all night?

My sleep schedule is terrible because I tend to need more than 8-9 hrs of sleep, usually get 10, but I also need to be awake for more than 14 hours to feel tired enough to fall asleep.

I sleep at 1AM-2AM and wake up at around 11AM.
Not a terrible sleep schedule from my perspective, but it could be a lot better.

    Staying up all night?

I know for a fact that my sleeping pattern is destroyed but I don't bother to fix it, I'm just unable to get enough motivation. I am so bad at school and usually get shitty grades. I notice when I do get sleep I then achieve so much more, it's fascinating, but I highly doubt I see a change coming.
