How many hours do you sleep every night?

I think about 6 -7 hours.

that came into my head idk why but anyways because usually if I have classes the next day, then I'm automatically forcing myself to sleep so I can stay awake during class, but on weekend I'll sleep like all day Sunday and all night Sunday just to be a lazy as fuck college student

 

Been up 48 hours and counting!

 

I generally sleep 8-10 hours a night. I try to go to sleep around the same time every night and I try not to stay up too late to keep my metabolism up.

 

Generally about 8 hours but on the weekends more like 6

 

8-9 Hours on Weekdays.
10+ on Weekends.

I like sleeping on Weekends, but you also need that 14 other hours to play around

recently 6 hours - 7 hours if I am lucky. Working on getting to bed earlier to get at least get 9 hours of rest but it's just that the shows/movies I want to watch are aired between 10pm to 1am-ish

 

Around 6 hours a day...I don't need much sleep at all to stay awake tbh.

 

Easy 8-12 hours most nights, wake up to piss every night atleast once joys of loving the sauce

My sleep schedule is really weird right now due to my school schedule. I usually go to bed around 3-5 am and wake up around noon. That's only on the weekdays, though. Weekends, I find myself going to sleep and waking up earlier. So I'd say weekdays: 7-8 hours. Weekends: 8-9 hours, but at better times.

 

I aim for 7-8 usually, but I only manage to get 5-6.

 

School night: 4-6 hours
Friday/week-end: 7-8 hours

 

Weekdays: 6-7
Weekends: 8-9

 

about 4, i lucid dream everynight so i don't know if im sleeping or just laying awake night-dreaming.
