    if he wants to make a new account do you think it's going to be hard to spot him from a mile away? he's so painfully spasticated, retarded and toxic that noticing it's him won't be a problem. if he wants to keep making accounts then let him and they'll just get banned? if he wants to scam again np most of his info is already publicly available and he's threatening people with legal consequences so i'm sure he wouldn't mind the same being done to him?

    even most of the people who supported DNT are saying that he shouldn't be allowed back, i guarantee if you or any staff were to create a poll regarding whether or not he should be allowed back there wouldn't be many people in their right minds supporting his return. i understand you wanna not perm ban everyone and everything but there should be exceptions in situations like his and he should just be gone forever
    you said if anyone could verify any of it, what needs verification?
    all of the profiles were linked via the same email and photobucket account

    he still hasnt paid scams back from his first pardon lol good luck with that

    obviously im not going to change your belief that most people will just continue vading/scamming but in his case i feel banning him would do some good for a community that wants him gone if nothing else
