Reopening this because honestly this is a fault on Staff's part not anyone elses. Currently looking into these last 5 reports because all the others are accounted for.

1. No repayment needed
2. 10m is the only thing we have proof of being stolen. Roy would have paid second due to his vouches, and the cracking the pin thing isn't valid, we have no proof. 10m is the cost of those supplies so 10m in Rs3 during June 2010 is $1.5/m
3. Will be impossible to find someone to contact, just take that $18 and send it elsewhere. (it's like 0.5-.075/m at the time)
4. $50 - send it elsewhere you won't find the scam victim
5. This is at .5-.75/m so $18 - _corey_ will hopefully eventually pop up, and Gun will pay he when he comes back.

He owes Roy $15 from #2
$18 + $50 can be sent elsewhere = $68 to cover scams 3 & 4
#5 he can repay $18 when the guys becomes active and I'll get him the email to send the email.

This should have been all compiled and presented to Gun on Sept 15th when he emailed all the victims we presented. Someone on staff can find where the $68 can go/to which victim, Roy can be Pm'd by a friend of gun's and messaged by gun @Pokemoners

_Corey_ can be PM'd be a friend of Gun's.

This pardon was delayed because of staff, not gun, and it's not on Gun to take that hit.

This pardon will commence for voting on October 15th. I don't have access to ACP so @Shin @Superman @video @n4n0 can you grab the emails for _corey_ and pokemonrs, and give them to Gun so he can get in contact with them. Gun search their posts for their skypes and post proof that you've attempted to contact them by the 15th of october so we can move this forward.

Gun should email that person back because it's someone I've known and he delete his emails without seeing it, if he emails it again he will get a response

P.S I'm only his friend, I don't believe the guy he owes money to even uses sythe now but he can email that or live:xoskittles123xo is his Skype he uses now
