Guide to getting strong arms

are you fucking serious?

Very nice guide, you should put somthing easy for fat people, like an alternative way of pushups, etc. you know, just somthing for everybody.

there a bit for if ur already fit.. maybe put some stuff for the unfit people

ughh......isnt the whole point of working out making your muscles larger?

why train if your muscles will stay relatively small [= ?

Nice guide.

Ill have to start doing some of them technique u showed

Instead of posting a guide with you lifting 10 LB weights, How about you could list more effective excersizes and describe a plan such as Monday-chest,back Tuesday-Bi's,Tri's, Wednesday-Shoulders, forearms, thursday-legs friday chest/back+cardio

good man , keep working on it and ull get ript arms haha :p

nice guide man , put in alot of effort

Terrible guide, misleading.

This will not improve your strength but may improve your muscular endurance

Don't mind if I critique your guide.
To start off, don't use any proteins if you dont want to show ur muscles.
Proteins are essential when trying to build mass and definition. This is one of the few correct statements in your guide.

First off you take the huntels or any weights you have to your hands and use moves like a boxer.
This is not the greatest idea. This would eventually end in causing micro-tears in the ligaments in your arms and shoulders, not to mention wrist strain. Sticking to uniform arm workouts are essential. Also, with these motions your biceps and arm is the main muscles focus in that workout. Boxing with wegths such as that, not that I recommend it, would be working out your shoulders, back and triceps.

"Sit-ups, do like 20 sit-ups then rest.
Those are not sit-ups. That is primarily a triceps workout, and secondarily a shoulder workout. I recommend doing that specific workout on a lower surface as well, preferably anywhere from 18 inches to 36 inches.

Proteins are quite messy, I myself don't use them as my body is 100% natural and I want it to stay that way.
Many proteins ,which people take who workout, are in fact mostly natural. So technically when your using proteins your just increasing the amount of the daily dosages of these proteins which you put into your body.

possible the most pointless guide evah!

Reasons to work out (for 99% of people)
1. get stronger.
2. get bigger muscles to look better.

Who wants to get strong and not look strong?

Kind of lame guide, but atleast you put effort into with pictures and such.
