    This Guide Is Fully Written By Me,Pictures are used from google!

    ^ That is Fat,tons of calories,and lots of oil,all combined.


    Their are tons of ways to lose weight,such as lifting weights,pull ups,push ups,sit-ups,or simply crunches.

    you can lose weight free,or spend money on equiptment
    for example..the ab lounge.

    It costs about 80-120 $


    It works real good,as i have one for my self.

    if your not trying to lose weight,but ur trying to get lots of muscles this is for you~!

    This is the basic guide to losing weight.

    # 1:Watch what you eat.
    # 2:Eat all 3 meals everyday,the most important is breakfast.
    # 3:You can diet,and eat healthy things such as salads.
    # 4:Work-Out 3-4 times a week for Atleast 45 minutes a day.
    # 5:If you lifting weights,and your building muscles,do not stop ounce you see one muscle pop out,as you will just gain back the weight on your arms.
    # 6:Try to Cut back on the oil products such as french fries.
    # 7:Try NOT to give up,the best way to succeed is by working with someone else who may have the same weight problem,and never giving up.
    # 8:Eat Smart,and Say Strong!


    This is a method that one of my friends use that i wanted to include in this guide!

    The Method Of The Dice Is Basic And will Be explained Below!

    # 1:You Buy 2 dice,very cheap.
    # 2:During commercials,you roll the dice.
    # 3:For example if you get 6 and 6,you do 12 push-ups,12 sit-ups,12 different stretches.
    # 4:During ur favorite TV shows this works well as your working out your body,while still enjoying ur favorite shows!

    Very good :)

    I personally cut my meals down.
    I eat about 3/4 what I used to.

    Also, drink a shit ton of water.
    I have a 64 ounce mini-keg that I fill 4-5 times daily.

    This Guide Didn't help me, the picture of Mc'donalds made me go out and buy some... Jks.

    This was a very good guide the dice method is a good Idea :)

    This guide was not helpful at all, and I honestly think that you made it just so that you could increase your post count. Doing ab isolating workouts will not make you lose fat and the ab lounge is a terrible machine. If you want to lose fat, you should diet and keep track of what you eat and think about adding cardio to your everyday lifestyle.

    Remember guys, it is all about Calories IN, versus Calories OUT. Say your maintenance calories are 2000. If you eat under that, you will lose FAT, if you eat over, you will GAIN Fat (Unless you are also training for muscle, which u will most likely gain muscle & fat). Overall it all comes down to Calories, now if you get your calories from bad foods with tons of simple carbs/saturated fats, you will just feel like crap, and your health will be down the drain, but overall, you will STILL LOSE FAT IF YOU EAT UNDER MAINTENANCE.

    idiot,if you read the full thread it says that you have to eat things containing less calories you dum ass,shut up,i made this for post count?ROFL.
