[Guide] How to induce lucid dreams [Guide]

i have these prettry regularly. like once or twice a month. i didnt know what it was until i read this though. ive tried explaining the dreams to people and they just thought i was crazy. i was seriously about to go crazy. so thanks man haha

I think I might have of had one, I remember having one at around seven when I woke up at a HUGE red waterslide (That was all the was visible) and on the sidelines was err.. cubicles with showers hahaha. I sort of felt more control then a usual dream but I didn't have complete control and I didn't know I was dreaming..

Maybe you can help me with this...
For the past.. year? I've barely had any dreams, I think I've had 2 or 3 since August last year... Am I not getting enough sleep?
Weekdays (5-6hrs average)
Weekends (10hrs average)

Thanks though, I'll give this guide a try for a few days and post my results..

the last time i had one of those i wanted to go over my friends house but it was foggy out and i was super afraid of the fog for some reason

 

hey, nice guide. i am not a lucid dreamer; however, i often have sleep paralysis. trust me, you don't want it... it's scary as shit. i used to hear threatening voices and footsteps running toward my bed while i was in sleep paralysis... thankfully, now i can realize when its happening, and can pull myself out of it. the first few times it happened... well, let's just say "devil's choke" was a perfect word to describe it. lol

 

If it comes severe you could see a sleep specialist. I'm positive that they have
medicine for it.

I decided to try this on my couch..
I have a hard floor,
I fell off a building and fell off my couch face first on the ground!
But it was funny as hell, everyone in ym house was just like standing there,

I have had a few of these. Although, to be honest with you, one cannot just listen to something and it will "create" the dream.

 

Thats what tb said. Hes wrong.... I-Doser doesn't help having lucid dreams because he has no idea whatlucid dreams are.

 

well this is a pretty good guide and i would like to try it some time i have had a couple lucid dreams in the past but i ended up getting hurt while having one so i think i will just take some time to go over the guide a few times.

 

I'm pretty sure I had one of those before, it was freaky...I though these only happen in games...

 

Hmm the devils choke i thought it was just a nightmare gotta call my mom now haha jk but yea it does stink to has the devils choke

o my god.. I just had one last night... In my dream i was jumping off this extremely high wall about 500 feet up into the water and didnt feel any pain and then i just kept doing it over and over it was really fun
