Lucid Dreams

I can only have a lucid dream when Im already dreaming and realize that whats happening doesnt make any sense.. But what sucks is that right after I realize im dreaming my dream turns into some horrible nightmare and I wake up scared like half to death :/

 

I don't lucid dream either because I become too aware. Sleep paralysis sucks aswell happened to me a few times when I was younger and was unaware of what it was and it scared me to death.

 

I have tryed but never saw lucid dream, maybe someone knows good tutorial?

 

i rarely have any dreams anymore
