I'll share an experience with you all:

"I found myself on a little island with 2 rivers on both sides. I was sitting in the middle staring at a small stone statue in front of me. Examining the statue, I found carvings that depicted a dragon. After awhile of just staring at it, I started to move, but not on my own. I had no control over my movement, an unnatural force was pulling me towards the stone until I finally pressed against it. It held me there for a couple seconds then released me. I turned around and looked face to face with a dragon."

Thats one of my many creative dreams.

I do not prep for lucid dreams. I lucid dream naturally. I mostly find myself hovering in my room (Because I can ;p), do back flips and solve problems.

yeah i just like terrankiller naturally have lucid dreams, i have flown on 2 separate occasions, and that so far is the best feeling I've ever had, even though i could only go up and down and barely be able to control my flightpath it was still awesome, lucid dreams are some of the first steps to Mental enlightenment (if you believe in that stuff)

When I first started Lucid dreaming back in high school, I had a hard time with it . I would periodically fall in and out of consciousness which paralyzed me for a couple of seconds while I was conscious. I didn't understand what was going on at first but I finally learned about it later when I asked a doctor about it. Its hard to cope with it at first. You will be paralyzed at first and notice it, you will try to call out but you can not speak, all you can do is breath faster. It was frustrating, thats for sure.

this stuff seems intristing, and slightly creepy...

"If you ask people in your dream "Am I dreaming?"...the most of the time they'll say "No.""

    This is VERY interesting.
If you could learn to do this regularly and well you could sort of live another life.
Im definantly going to try this.
Do you feel what you are dreaming?
I.E if you are dreaming you are floating on a cloud would you feel something similar?

Have your surroundings ever effected you? One night, I was dreaming about the sort of Pitch Black scenario where no-one is safe. Everything was dark, then you know those scenes in movies that make you jump in your seat when a face or sudden movement scares the shit out of you?

Just as one of those moments happened, I woke up, couldn't see, then realised the sun had risen and shined directly in to my eyes. Lol.

One night, I woke up, and I was holding my guitar, pick in my hand ready to play, and I'm like WTF? Lol.

Anyway, Ya, its always happened to me. My dreams are always controlled by me, and probably always will be.

Terran is more creative by the sounds of it though.

You have a blank mind. You cannot see anything. You suddenly appear in a place you may or may not have seen before. This can last for what seems like hours, but when you wake up, you think to yourself, "How did all of that happen?".

Same here. I just think 'hey I'm dreaming' and then I'm free to do what I want.

I tried last night. I don't remember a dream if I did dream, let alone did I lucid dream. I'll try again tonight.

its best when first starting out to drink fluids or something like that right before you go to sleep, this will wake you up alot during the night to go piss or whatever, and makes the lucid dream stay fresh in your head and easy to remember.
