Lol? There are tons of guides on lucid dreaming. It's like saying instructions on hooking up a tv are ripped just because there are similar guides.

Suggestion for author: You have some terms a bit off, not that it really maters.

Another RC you can do which is what the clock thing is intended for is look at something, read it, look away, then read it again. If the text changes then you are dreaming. Or if a clock has a weird time. For example in my dream all I remember seeing is the minutes, no hour.

 

Yea, terms are a bit off.

Keeps saying 'in a lucid dream'. It's a dream, except you're lucid, meaning fully conscious and aware that it's a dream, allowing you to do anything you want.

Also, most of the things discussed aren't really true induction techniques.

Overall as a guide about lucid dreaming, I would give this 2/10.

 

Yeah, it tells you what one is but not near enough information to start just from this guide. I guess it's okay if you've never heard of it.

Before reading the paragraph on sleep paralysis I was about to say something regarding that, only do this is you're willing to take the risk of having sleep paralysis, I've experienced it once and it is singlehandedly the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced, being strangled by an old woman whilst you are completely "awake" is not nice at all. Good guide, though.

 

I've had a lucid dream once when I was 10-years-old, and it was a scary-interesting experience.

 

I don't remember ever having a lucid dream but my friend was talking about how he woke up in the middle of a dream and could not return. I thought this was weird as I have been able to return to a dream after waking up. Almost every time I dream i get interrupted and I have a feeling f it not being finishe so I try to return while still laying in my bed and I do every time that I can remember. Do you think I have a gift? My mother always told me I wa special.
