I don't know if it's true, but I would believe necromacer when he said Finn has scammed in the past.

So for everyone saying once a scammer always a scammer.

    Is Finn a scammer?

    Hotcaveman
    Firecaper696
    Tacca

All were once legit firecapers, all have handled up to hundreds and even thousands of dollars that I made legit. Not a single scam. Ban evasion? Sure. Scammed? Years back (few dollars) off like a pin.

Once a scammer always a scammer? Wrong. 90% of the people who said that here are scammers or will scam. Yet I am banned, keep coming back and still don't scam a penny and all I wanted to do was make some legit money.

    People do change.

Am I asking to get back no? Will I be banned on this account too? Yes. Sythe staff are reckless and sometimes don't realize that they ban trusted people like me. Btw to add on to that I have accumulated easily over 100 + vouches on all of those 3 accounts. Even in my short time ask people like Tyr0 who have dealt with me and still owes me $61 what a nice and actually pleasant guy I am.

By the way before you guys ban me again, actually look up all those accounts in connection to my ip and acknowledge what I posted.

This site is full of hypocrites, there are 100's talking about phishing and how much they phish every day, but their not banned, but your sitting here talking about simple scamming is wrong and they shouldn't get second chances, i used to scam. I scammed over 500M during runescape classic, when runescape 2 didn't exsist, I paid every gp of it back and i haven't scammed in years. I changed, why can't other people. I think you can tell by their personality and outlook on life and on the forums if their really chaned. Don't put a label on everyone that once a scammer always is, it is far from the truth, i'm a perfect example.

I believe that if you are at the point inwhich you can scam someone without feeling the pain that they feel at the end of the day, then you shouldn't be aloud to be a member of this site.

I still see no point in the scammers feel remorse because they may feel bad and not do it again, but if they have done it before they could possibly do it again, still they should not be aloud another chance. I have been scammed many times so I know what it feels like, and I think that people of sythe don't deserve to know what it feels like to be scammed, so NO, scammer don't deserve a second chance. I have never scammed nor cheated someone, ever, so this is my opinion of the scum that do this shit.

I agree. They should never be allowed to scam again.

Say you let some stranger that you dont even know into your house, then he robs you and you find out and you confront him, even if he does return the items would you still let him in your house?

Same with a forums, people will always come back to make another dollar.

with that title no one would trade with them for paypal and any non paypal trades theyd be obliged to go first, it just gives scammers a chance to enjoy the forums but theyd b unable to trade without goin first.

your house isn't a place of trade this is once a scammer always a scammer but if they are known as a scammer obviously no one would go first to them and being flagged as a scammer prevents them making that other dollar.

No. Scammers are not welcome here. I would agree with some other banned people getting a second chance but for scamming absolutely not.

Plain and simple, your not them so you CANT determine the motive in their head or heart.

The majority of them are just little kids and they won't learn until they have matured.

BUT for the people that maybe were in a bind financially that were older, and have made things right and have true remorse for their actions thats when consideration is due.

And to the people mentioning crimes and such here heres your example.

    - You steal a car and get caught
    - Yo go to court and get sentenced to 5 years in prison
    - You sit 1-2 years make amends and take proper action to mature yourself
    - You get out early on parole (AKA your second chance)

    Another example:

    - You steal money from your parents
    - They ground you for a limited time
    - You get ungrounded (AKA your second chance)

Were not talking about Rape & Murder here, were talking about petty larceny that happens on a forums message board.

Also, you guys are forgetting that Sythe is also allowing this to happen on the site and taking no precaution in proper ways to have have an open free market.

He is just as responsible for hiring 14-17 year old staff and expecting them to step up to the plate.

All of this is ludicrous IMO, so before you ramble off ignorances such as "Once a scammer always a scammer" use your damn brain and flick on the maturity light.

I feel that scammers will never change, and it's not fair on people who get scammed. But new members find it hard too. Because when some people see the posting sign Leecher the first thought that comes into their mind is scammer.

It's really hard, i've been scammed a lot of times for a total of over $210 USD
but people could change but i think people should be unbanned if they give the money back, or at least give something of that value back to their victim.

It's hard to say, im hazy around this area.
