    Giving scammers a second chance.

I think everyone should get a second chance and on the 3rd time they should be Ip banned.

For example "Finn" he scam in the pass and then someone gave him a second chance and he became a admins.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

In my career of life i've been scammed twice on sythe and about 3 times irl.

The main reason why scammers will try to get unbanned is because they think they did not scam enough so they plead guilty and pay back the victim that was scammed.

The scammer might come back and scam again except with a bigger deal.

In conclusion, NO, I DO NOT THINK SCAMMERS SHOULD GET A 2ND CHANCE.

One more thing i'd like to share. What I've noticed in my own psychology and i think it applies to many is that everyone is a scammer. Everyone waits for that 1 number they can get and scams. For some it may be an eternal number not yet to be seen, some may just be 25 cents.

Once a person scams, that person is going to want to get as much out of it and before their sythe account gets banned their gonna try and scam other people. So as my post above i again show another piece of response that says NO, I DO NOT THINK SCAMMERS SHOULD GET A 2ND CHANCE

I have been scammed around 3 pins. And only 1 person got banned because he promised me he wouldn't scam and he did so I reported him. Depending on how they scammed second chance.

say sythe has had 10k banned users wanting to come back on 2nd chance does sythe really need this many possible scammers flooding the market place?

i dont think it would be a very good idea

    Giving scammers a second chance.

Scammers know fully well what their actions will do, cause, and the repercussions.. A second chance could be permittable if their actions are fully known regardless of what account they use, and all their info they used prior, such as MSN etc. But if they truly do want to come back, and as a scammer still, they can just change ips, make a new account, change emails, etc.. It's not like it's hard or something. So honestly a second chance isn't necessary really.

That is unless they want a chance on one of their previous accounts and then the previous mentioned actions should be taken such as giving them a title making it known that they scam, or something similar.

No, they don't deserve a second chance. I've been actively trading accounts for 5 years and not once have I ever been accused of scamming anyone or ever even thought about it. People can act as remorseful as they want, but it doesn't change their previous actions. Hard work is put into the account made or money made, and when someone scams it takes all the time and effort and smacks them in the face. I'll say no now and always.

if banned once they should always be banned, but they can just create another account

People can change yes, but I don't agree with this. People shouldn't do it in the first place.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

I think people like Dark Man x and Doodles should get a seccond chance... doodles scamed a pin almost 5 years ago and was just cought for evading now... she became a trusted MM a guru and was a very trusted person... she/he changed and dark man x same thing... scammed a pin a long time ago got banned came back got over 150 vouches and became a MM along with one of the most trusted rs2 and rsc gold sellers.

I agree scammers should get a seccond chance because no matter what admins and mods say I know they have scammed before maybe not on sythe but your gonna tel me that nobody thats in the runescape buying/seling community has scammed before? get real... I think for evaders, you should check their prior offence and see if they have changed before making the decision to bann then, such as if somebody scammed an account in 2004 and you find out they are now a trusted member of sythe with no bad reports and alot of vouches give them a TWC instead of going firectly to banning then... or shorter bans not allways perm banns... Just my opinion.

In no way am i saying i support scammers but simply sticking up for them... if that makes sence ;)

That's like predicting a murder and not stopping it, you know a scammer that scammed on a site, then let him be here, common sense that scammer is always a scammer and should not be here..

This is how I see it, if they scammed once and refunded the money... They can come back, scammed twice? Gone for lyfe.

Scammers always have a second chance caus they could just ban evade and create anothe raccount and again sythe staff should ip ban them but changing ip is very easy so serioulsy all scammers have more than 2 chances we cannot do a thing about that.

Thats really true ... we have no option but to give them a second chance but if sythe could do something about it they shoul be banned permanently !
