It was our assumption that you gave 100% of the information you had to offer on the subject in your thread. Whereas only staff who read all of your report were allowed to participate, it therefore begs the question: how could dozens of people have missed evidence that you offered that would have earned you more than just the commission?
On the first post, I listed some other information I could provide on request, as it was sensitive information.
I think the answer is clear: none of us believed there was enough evidence, and while you said you should seek more information before making a decision, why should we expect there's more information when you admitted to losing a lot of the proof over time?
I don't think it would have severely inconvenienced the staff to merely make a request of any evidence that would change the outcome of the dispute. (e.g, 'Hey, Grave, can you prove this in addition to what you already provided?') This was a very large amount of information to recall, and I'm sure I may have left out some aspects, as I did not know it would be required and/or I was not allowed to post someone's personal information on the forums.
Fair, not because we were considering what you deserved, but fair because we were considering what we can prove Corey actually owes you.
The evidence given should have been enough to show that Corey is legally responsible for the chargeback. I honestly don't understand which part of it is so unclear. The vague response I received came out something like this to me: You can't specifically prove that Corey's malpractice (this was proven, and by the contract, this alone makes him responsible) caused damages. How exactly would I be able to prove this, whether I had 'full' evidence and documentation of everything? Keep in mind, Corey had also admitted to not submitting the proper chargeback information when I requested it last year.
Grave may have been a decent person to wait so long before demanding a friend to pay him back, but he was also irresponsible with his proof and, in my own opinion, should not have waited to ask for staff intervention if a current staff member was refusing to pay what he owes him.
My apologies for trusting a respectable member for an extended period of time. I truly mean this, as I understand what you mean, and I regret not creating the report sooner. I'd appreciate it if we can get back on topic after this post. I don't want anyone defending me or further scrutiny. If a moderator would like to specify what evidence I was missing in the report, I'd love to double check, as I'm almost positive there was enough evidence to prove everything, if not an excessive amount.
Yes, the original post was from my memory, but as Corey challenged me I built up a large amount of evidence to respond to him.
