I am requesting assistance with my suspended seller account.

I generated over $30,000 in sales within 90 days and maintained excellent customer feedback.

My account was suspended following a verification review related to gift card purchases. I cooperated with support and explained my transactions. I was previously informed that this activity was not restricted.

Unfortunately, my appeal was denied, and I have been unable to obtain a further review through the usual support channels.

I understand Eldorado's security requirements and would sincerely appreciate the opportunity for an exceptional manual review.

I am willing to provide any additional verification or supporting documents required.

You’re wasting your time; they won’t response anything other than an automated message. Eldorado is a platform that places absolutely no value on its sellers—unless you have over 100,000 sales, you mean nothing to them. They don’t even bother to explain why you’ve been banned. One automated suspended message and that's all.

I understand your point, and I appreciate your honesty. However, I have invested a lot of time into building my business on Eldorado, so I believe it's worth making one final attempt. I have already contacted their support team and am hoping for a fair manual review. Even if my chances are low, I would rather try than give up without exhausting my options.

Of course, i wish you best. They suspended me too, i got 4500+ sales, They just suspending randomly, There's thousands like us, I hope you'll get unbanned
