TWC disputeLink to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban: eldorado.gg ridiculous support.
Link to your vouches: Eldorado.gg is rated "Excellent" with 4.9 / 5 on Trustpilot
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
-The customer complaint was resolved by our support team, the customer was refunded in full to his original payment method (proof provided to Ember on Discord).
-Eldorado team agreed to respond to Sythe disputes more actively in the future, this one was initially missed.
