    Hello

    My customer is trying to scam me $400 and support is siding with them.

    Order 2cfddbf2-f4f5-4f09-9c62-15dd0543b060

    Customer ordered account, and 2 days later claims it was recovered by the original owner. Me and my workers are the original owner and neither one of us have recovered it. My worker finished the account 3 months ago, and was paid in full as shown in my photos with the customer on-site. But here they are again

    There is absolutely no reason for my worker to have specifically waited for the customer to purchase the account to recover it as stolen. The customer is lying because they only have 5 days to do so dispute to receive a $400 refund and support is telling me I am responsible for refunding them or recovering the account.

    I sell my accounts as UNREGISTERED EMAIL which specifically means there IS NOT AN EMAIL REIGSTERED AT THE TIME OF SALE. THE CUSTOMERS EMAIL IS THE FIRST EVER ATTACHED. It is incredibly hard for me to recover these accounts for that explicit reason and I specifically sell them as such. Please feel free to read the description of the offer the customer bought to verify as the customer is fully aware of this it has been advertised as such.     The customer is claiming that despite my worker being paid 3 months ago. Which I have shown above. That my worker waited 3 months just to recover the account back 2 days after the customer purchased it. I hope you can understand how completely absurd this is because simply setting an email and changing a password is significantly easier to do than a full blown recovery. So why would my worker not have stolen it during the last 3 months? On the rare occasions my workers do steal from me, they steal BEFORE the customer purchases the account for this reason and they steal ALL of their accounts not just the one coincidentally purchased by that customer. My workers have had full access and the ability to steal the account for 3 full months. Not only that but they have multiple other accounts that they could steal that they have not. This worker has completed 22 accounts that I successfully sold this year, and I have 2 more of his for sale and neither one of those is stolen. I would be happy to show you them in private chat in detail if it means I do not lose $400.

    I am not happy that Support is telling me if I cant recover I will be out $400. I have always had good experiences with support and I have backed you guys heavily. I advertise your website and services on all of my advertisements and signatures. Now I am also starting to experience issues like others have experienced where I believe support is not doing their job properly investigating issues.

    I also want to point out the customers account is literally brand new to the website. It should be obvious they are using a throwaway account. They are brand new to the website and coincidentally they are claiming things that just do not make logical sense, and yet they may receive a $400 refund anyway. Again. I would be happy to show u that this worker has completed 22 jobs for me with 2 more remaining for sale and not-stolen. I have shown but will show more proof if asked to show the worker was paid 3 months ago in full for the account which would further limit the justification for why he would coincidentally wait to recover the account after it was sold for just 2 days.

    TL;DR

    Customer is a thief and lying. Do not refund him please.

    Wanted to add that support chimed in claiming to be one of the admins and insisted I fix the issue. Seeing that I was being railroaded into a scam I decided to give the customer a replacement account since keeping their money reduces my overall losses from the scam. Also, lets say the customer is indeed scamming they are now stuck with no money and an identical account is useless to them. Considering the customer was demanding the return of their purchase for the last few days so they could play you would assume they would be happy to get a brand new one thats fresh with no registered email and no proven track record of recoveries. Unfortunately, as expected from a scammer who now already owns an account. The customer is refusing the replacement. Instead demanding either they get their exact account that they owned for 48 hours back, or a full refund.

    They are clearly doing this knowing that I cannot get ahold of the original purchase, as it is currently in their possession while my recovery attempts continue failing. They were expecting me to refund since my recovery attempts failed. Regardless, i have opted for a solution where I walk away with much smaller loss and the customer is refusing to accept my offer of a replacement account that is not only identical but slightly better. I would hope this further cements the fact the customer is trying to scam me. Having a 2nd account thats identical is useless to them so they do not want it and thats exactly whats happening. They are rejecting the replacement because they are scammers who wanted to get their $400 back and keep the high value account.

    You've restricted me from using the livechat for no reason, froze my wallet funds and shared personal information about my Eldorado account with a buyer.

    I am being harassed by the buyer and I have no way of contacting staff, I feel like I'm being targeted by both parties.

    I've bragged Eldorado up in the past to other vendors, I have since changed my perspective of your company.

    I am requesting you to resolve the situation.

    Hello EldoradoGG! I'm reaching out to you because I'm having a nightmare of a time on your platform. I know that what happened is my fault, but I'd like to explain what happened and hopefully get unsuspended. My account on Eldorado is WyvernOSRS.

    I'm a part of a well-respected plugin provider on Discord, where I met this individual that goes by !JustJoshJJ he is from Portugal, seemed like he struggled with ends meet and was motivated to make some money from playing runescape. I told him we both can work on some services and I would be happy to split the profits with him.

    A few days of work goes by we gain FB on my account all is well hes making a good amount of coin. I started to pick up more boosting services and started to do 100% of the task and still giving Josh a cut. I truly thought I was helping someone that needed it. I was just a target.

    It came to a job where the user had a 1.1B bank on OSRS. I didnt think much of it, all I seen was a service I took that needed to be done. Josh seen it as a score. Days went by where we worked on the account quested as much as possible. All was well. Until it wasnt.

    When I woke up I had recieve a mass amount of messages from Josh explaing what he done out of desperation. I tried to not over react and still hear him out. I thought that Id give him the benifit of the doubt that he did need money for medication I know he shouldnt have taken money off this users account I told him that. I decided to put 900M of my own money back on to this users account. It wasnt fair that someone had to lose their hard earned GP over what he done. Today when I woke up I checked the users account. You guessed it. Josh took the 900M I put on aswell. Some might call me stupid for trusting someone else, for trying to fix his wrong. But I just seen a friend that fucked up and needed a hand.

    After I seen what he had done for a second time I had to make the call. I messaged the user that Josh scammed telling the situation, asking if I could still pay him back. The user done what I assume is the correct action and made a dispute with Eldorado, I confirmed what he told Eldorado knowing the very possible out come of the situatioon - My Eldorado account getting Suspended.

    I understand that what happened falls back under me because it was delt under my account. I want it to be know, suspended or not that I did not scam another player. I was someone that tried to help a friend but instead got shot in the back, twice.

    Thats my story. I hope someone can help. I want to continue being on Eldorado, god I love that site.

    I have personally dealt with this man known throughout discord as 'Wyv'. I had purchased many tutorial island accounts, never changed passwords, many times had lots of gold sitting on them; never once did he log into one. He is extremely upset about the situation and prized his Eldorado account. He loved designing banners and advertisements for his products, and finding unique account builds to introduce to the market, a passion if you will. The person that has committed the theft of GP was well known to us and through his mental health issues was given opportunities to become a better person and put in some work. It only came to our attention today that he had previously scammed Sletje under a different alias; a big 'I wish I'd known' situation. I have many conversations with the theif and can confirm his mental health and drug abuse issues are entirely unique to himself and not WyvernOSRS who has always been an upfront, trustworthy and genuine person.     1. Once you are unsuspended and start a boost, you will have to screenshot the account's bank and post it in the order chat (where you text the buyer). The screenshot should include the bank value, account username, date and time.
    2. Every day, you must upload an update of your boost progress. You will have to upload evidence: a screenshot of the XP progress through RuneLite, the account's levels, the bank value, the username, the date and time.
