Ban appeal never worked for me
Here what i got ...
Look what happened with me i got perm ban after just submitted the verification documents then how eldorado is legit ???

They helped me in inbox they gave me another appeal option in eldorado chat .. i submitted the documents 2 times and then finally I'd verification has been approved

I have made several attempts to address this matter. Unfortunately, I have not received a response beyond a generic message. While I understand there may be concerns, the lack of specific information or feedback has been disheartening. I have been dedicated to my work for nearly two years and was unexpectedly banned without any explanation. I am still awaiting clarification regarding the reason behind this action.

What’s the point of replying when you keep sending the same copy-paste message like a bot? You’re not telling me why my account was banned, nor offering any solution. My account was banned for no reason, and despite my numerous requests, I still haven't been given any explanation.

 

I've been following Yomi's story closely, because not only do I recognise him as being a popular name on Eldorado with 100% feedback, but I also have had him in my Discord server as a worker for a long time. He has been absolutely faultless, same with his Eldorado reviews.

It is so indescribably worrying when the Sythe / OSRS Community sees a good worker like Yomi get shut down, and all he is told is to refer to your ToS which basically means you can delete somebody's livelihood and tell them fuck all reason why.

How are users meant to learn from Yomi's and MANY other Boosters experience if we, and more importantly they, don't have an absolute clue on why they have been removed in the first place?

Judging by this thread, I can see you're trying to improve, and I thank you for that. However, the comms around bans are absolutely abysmal. I, myself, have never had a bad experience with livechat which is great. People like Yomi and many others though, it's been nothing short of shit.

Eldorado has the SEO, System, Infrastructure and numbers to be an absolute great company, however continuously fucking with people's livelihoods and giving them no explanation is not going to help.

Hopefully you now don't ban me for saying the truth, but there it is.
